We were initially told they had no wait list, and even after showing them our OpenTable Wait List reservation email, it seemed to make no difference. Service was lackluster, the food was bland,, and we were charged extra for sides (without being told there was a charge). Even with splitting a meal, our bill was almost $70!

In the past, the food at Red Lobster has been excellent. Yesterday, the shrimp was delicious but the rest of the food was just OK - nothing like the taste was when we were there prior to the pandemic.

interior did not smell good. I guess the carpets have not been washed for a long time, the seats have not been wiped.

Server was too busy. Took forever to pay bill. The fries were not good and the fish was greasy.
The food was at best mediocre. Dry overcooked seafood that is really not worth it.
