Red Lobster - Roseville
Hot, fresh & quick lunch. Perfect service. I will be back.
Had great food and a wonderful waitress. She was attentive, prompt and very pleasant. Had a great time for my grandson’s 14th birthday.
The food was served quickly which is important @ lunch & it was piping hot.
Using the "reservation" was really nice - we got in so quickly! The food was great as always and we had a great waitress.
We had a great experience at Red Lobster. Our food was hot and good. Our waiter was helpful. We had some special requests and they were great to accommodate us. We will be back again.
Waitress was borderline condescending. I ordered a drink but wasn’t what I thought I ordered. The drink I did get was still good and I wanted to drink and pay for it but when trying to explain the discrepancy with the waitress so I could get the right drink my next round she just seemed tense and unsympathetic. Also hovered during payment. She wasn’t overtly rude but it would have been nice to have a better attitude. The food was as expected from RL, had the salmon New Orleans, crab cakes and crab legs with lobster mash and ceaser. Friends had coconut shrimp and shrimp Alfredo all decent fare. Expected to pay more for three adults ordering whatever they wanted so guess the value seems good.
As expected, a clean, well-run, well-staffed pleasant and efficient experience, at a very reasonable cost. If they stocked my favorite scotch they would have a higher score.
Did not know what to expect after covid but it turned out great. Ashley B was our waitress and she was great.
This was my first time since Jan 2920 and was looking forward to having crab cakes. My online request was not to be seated near the kitchen or the bar. My guest arrived a bit earlier and when I arrived at 1:30, she was seated in the bar.
I went to the host and informed him of my request, he appoligized and moved us. My guest didn't know.
The server was not friendly nor attentive. The crab cakes were off the appetizer menu, so I ordered a salad, all the server said, "you know you have to pay extra for the salad", I said okay. The cakes came with greens! She should have informed me the appetizer comes with greens. Since the salad came first, I wasn't able to eat the greens. The server didn't asked if we wanted a refill of water, my guest had to ask. Finally, after boxing 5he greens to give to my guest, I noticed the plate was chipped. Disappointed to say the least.
The food was wonderful, as was the service.
They are taking special care to keep it's restaurant, employees and guests safe from COVID.
Great server, good amount of food. Clean and safe.
Red Lobster Roseville MN was our first venture back to a restaurant after months of sequestering, then waiting the two weeks necessary to be "fully vaccinated." The restaurant seated patrons a safe distance apart, asked us to wear masks when moving around the restaurant, our waitress was terrific, and the food was delicious. I ordered "crispy Brussels Sprouts" as a side and would give them a 10. The were knockout. Prices are not like they used to be, but I would definitely go back for a special occasion.
I miss the option for lunch portions/prices.
Our server stopped by every 5 minutes and snatched up everything off our table. My friend even still had part of her crab legs still on there. The server just did it so fast that neither of us had to time stop her. I've never run into this before - it's like she was getting paid for how quickly she could clear our table. The restaurant was pretty empty, so it's not like we were holding up getting another party in. It was just so odd. Odd enough to feel the need to write up this review.
Birthday lunch was great . food was great. Service great Great Job!
We were seated right away. We had the mix and match shrimp which was delicious. The food came out quickly and was hot and fresh. Service was excellent. The server brought a sundae for my daughter’s birthday at the end of the meal too which was a nice unexpected treat.
What happened!?! We have been coming to Red Lobster Roseville since 2005. It seems to have enjoyed a steady rise in quality and service until 2019. Then fell off a cliff. In 2020, take out was mediocre. This visit in Mar 2021 was way below par. Our server, Nicole, was very slow and inexperienced. It took 20 minutes to get hot green tea for two. The Ultimate Feast dinner was way late (like 30 minutes late), featuring ice-cold green beans (that had potential to be very tasty due to the minced garlic), ice-cold dried out snow crab that is not fresh. The rest of the meal, lobster tail, shrimp scampi, and fried shrimp were fine. Brussel sprouts were good.
We are normally 25 - 30% tippers, because we feel the staff deserves it. However, this time, we tipped 25 - 30% not because the staff deserved it. It was charity.
Always a good time
Very friendly staff and the food was great! We will for sure go back.
We enjoyed our food, and our waitress was amazing, the 1st in a long time angwhere!!!
Ordered cod received a very small piece of fish and over cooked. The price was to high for the amount you get
Will go back soon
We had 15 people in our party (5 generations) including my mother who's 85th birthday we were celebrating & her Great, Great Granddaughter of 7 months. The wait staff were fantastic, they answered every inquiry everyone received their food in record time, and there were absolutely NO mix-ups, mess-ups or anything of that sort. From the Admiral's Feast, Today's Catch Salmon, Surf & Turf, Tacos and the endless Shrimp, WE HAD A BALL!
The never ending shrimp was fantastic and our server, Mackenzie, was wonderful!
The waitress was so nice. Celebrating a birthday, and we enjoyed ourselves so much. I ordered the shrimp skewers, and the other two followed what I ordered and did the same. We all enjoyed the choice so much.
I asked for flounder and he asked if they had it and aother waitress said it was the same as white fish if is not why didnt they just say they don't have anymore
Kiley provided exceptional service—attentive, considerate, knowledgeable, skilled. My “Admiral’s Feast” was ordinary, but a favorite nonetheless. My daughter’s birthday dinner was a success!
Had a two pound lobster, but it wasn’t cracked for us. Tough job to get it cleaned.
Food was good. Very tasty. Wish the flounder has a bit more of a crisp. Waiter forgot one of our veg and had a drink mixup. He corrected the problem. I'll go back
Another good dining experience at Red Lobster. Nice it was Lobster Fest had to have some lobster.
Priority seating was wonderful! Imagine entering a crowded restaurant lobby and you’re immediately seated at the next open table! Our waiter was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job for the restaurant. With each order she cleverly suggested a higher priced option, which we often went along. Unfortunately most times our initial choice tasted better, such as skewed shrimp rather than skewed split wild shrimp. Also we ended with more food than we could eat. Of course if you’re like me and enjoy leftover seafood, that’s wonderful. Our biggest disappointment was the biscuits, which is more herb than cheesy. Our other disappointment was no king crab legs. That had been a favorite. Red Lobster lived up to our expectations and it was great fun to be seated without a long wait.
Great food at a great value!
Service and food was great. The priority seating wasn’t worth the time and effort. The host staff needs more training. They kept seeting tables that were walk-ins after checking in. After being skipped 4 times, I asked why I was getting skipped. Turns out priority seating guests are in a section at the bottom of their computer and according to the staff, they frequently forget to look at that section. It completely invalidates the purpose for priority seating. Other than that, our service and food were great.
Great service! Nice waitress very attentive.
Price seems higher.
