   The last time I was at this Red Lobster the service was frankly terrible. I even swore I would never go back. However, I got drawn back in by unlimited shrimp. This time, the service was top notch. My server was knowledgeable, attentive and right on top of things. (Unfortunately, my receipt doesn't show my server's name, so I can't acknowledge her.) There also appeared to be number of additional servers working on this visit. Hopefully, this level of service is now the standard.

   Bathrooms need lots of maintenance. Food took 1-1/2 hours which restaurant was at 25% capacity on Sunday afternoon-evening (why??). No water for 1 hour. “Medium rare” Steak (why) was way past WELL DONE. Service errors made. Overall food was mediocre. In poor neighborhood. Very expensive. Poor value. Never again!

   This is a very sad place to eat. It is a shame that the once shiny Red Lobster brand is tarnished by this location.

   The Red Lobster on Jefferson Road, which is generally considered the better of the two in Rochester is steadily going downhill. This was the second time I have been there in the last month and a half, and the service was terrible. I ordered the unlimited shrimp and managed to get the initial two selections and one additional refill before my server basically disappeared. She did reappear briefly after I flagged down a manager and inquired about her whereabouts. (The table across from me received a steady stream of refills from a different server.) By that time, I just wanted to pay and go home. Needless to say, I won't be going back any time soon.

   Very disappointed. Curious why not many people there on a Sat night.... It took 30 min for our drinks to arrive so that should have been our first indication of an issue. Next appetizers... they didn't ha e the mushrooms we requested. Dinner.... they ran out of lobster tails so not everyone who ordered was able to have what they came for.... Sides.... the whole table ordered broccoli and no one got any. When we asked about, they must have had to cook it and so they brought it out, after our meal, boxed up and ready to go home!!!! The food as a whole was mediocre at best and definitely not worth the money that was charged. It was a terrible night!

   Seated immediately. One waitress for whole section did a wonderful job. The food arrived hot, fresh and very good. Hadn’t been to Red Lobster in years and was pleasantly surprised!

   This was our first time here in a while and we were pleased with the new menu. Our server was extremely attentive and friendly.

    Food was lovely - we all enjoyed the apps and of course the CHEDDAR CHEESE BISCUITS, and 3/4 enjoys our mains and sides (husband did not enjoy his fish n chips, too greasy). Service was too notch, place was spotless and very COVID-minded (hand sanitizer, masks, pay at table, distancing between tables). Wouldn't have gone out but we were saying goodbye to dear, dear friends.
