   We enjoyed a wonderful birthday celebration for my big decade birthday. It was very quite as blizzard like weather conditions kept the restaurant quite. The staff was great.

   Overall, we had a great experience. Even though it was New Year’s Eve, and every table was filled, there was plenty of staff and service was only slightly slow.

   Our server, Rachel, was phenomenal. Excellent customer service— on Christmas no less! She went over and above making sure we were happy. She made our night!

   The food quality was very good. Quantity wasn’t as good as other similar restaurants- only 1 side for a $17.00 meal is less than expected. Two soft drinks for $7 is terrible. Just get water! The on-line reservation system doesn’t reserve anything-just gets you on list the same as if you walked in off the street.

   Service started good. But…our meals took long time to arrive. Table had one appetizer. Then we sat for 45 minutes waiting on the meal. No soups or salads. Just the one appetizer. Not waitress. I suspect kitchen lost our order. Knew something was up when another round of biscuits arrived and another appetizer. That means the order likely was lost or cleared then had to resubmit. I would normally ask for manager but was tired and just wanted to leave. Took 2 hours for meal start to finish. Shouldn’t have.

   Had an absolutely WONDERFUL experience for my valentine’s day date last night. Grant went above and beyond and was very easy to speak to. :) By far my best experience at Red Lobster yet.

    It was my Birthday i was running behind by a hour my family was already there waiting on me. The waitress was very attentive to my why they wanted on me. When I arrived the waitress was also very hands on with my needs.
