It was 40 outside and the HVAC system was “broken”. The system was blowing cold air. Asked why the fans could not be turned off and we were told the control panel buttons didn’t work. Seems like emergency service should be called. Eating dinner and being chilled was not enjoyable.

Overall the food was really good. Crab legs, calamari and scallops were excellent. The lobster was a little funky and my kids fish and chips was not edible. But it is red lobster and what we were expecting. We had a server that was his second night. He was very friendly but clearly flustered. He forgot a lot of things and not just at our table. But he was trying so we were patient with him. They were out of a basic things too like the fried shrimp and gin. The hostess was flustered. We watched another table just walk out and not pay. So the night was pretty off. I know this happens but what was disappointing is there was absolutely no manager presence. The table next to us had to go find him several times and yet he still did nothing for damage control. If you know your brand new server is messing up big time, check in with his section and see how everyone is doing. I doubt we will be back because of the poor management. (Though those crab legs were amazing!) The food is great and the service was friendly.

Waited 20 minutes after being seated before I got up and found manager to get a server to come to our table. Servers electronic card plus a ball point pen on floor that I picked up and gave to the server when he finally came to acknowledge we were there. I think the manager should have at least comped our appetizer. Food was ok. Not great. Will think hard before returning.

The waitress was either very forgetful or overloaded. The restaurant was more than half empty. Orders were wrong or forgotten completely

One person ordered shrimp that was to be refill, waitress never came back to ask, had to go find her then 20 min later one item came... awful timing. Waited another 10 min for 2nd item. Then payment system took 20 min and Mgr help.

For a Father’s Day evening, 1 hour wait after checking in by way of OpenTable, seemed long, but the establishment was at capacity. The server went out of his way to make the experience as well executed as the situation allowed. Our food was prepared quickly and was prepared just as we ordered. The 4 of us enjoyed Lobster Tails, multiple kinds of Shrimp, and crab legs, Cheddar Bay Biscuits, and drinks. We left happy.

Took my mother to Red Lobster for an early Mother's Day dinner to avoid long waits and crowds on the weekend. Our food was delicious, a little more pricey than I expected. Being charged a-l-carte fees for sides when already purchasing high dollar entrees was a surprise at the end. Then asked for a small 2-3 ounce side of sauce for my daughter to be able to warm-up her leftover pasta without it being dry, was yet another charge.
