The worst experience! Close to two hours waiting to be seated. Not enough staff and the managers did not seem to care. The food was not worth the wait.

took to long to be seated using this app for this restaurant is pointless !!!! My waiter was overwhelmed, the whole place was under staffed which caused horrible customer service. Love open table but red lobster is a mess!!!!!

Well I booked through open table for a 7:30 seating. I arrived at 7:20 and was told it was going to be a 20 to 30 min wait. In my mind I should have book an earlier table to cut my wait. At 8 pm I checked on my table and was told it would be about an hour wait. This is unacceptable I finally got to a table about 8:30. I waited the same amount of time had I walked in off the street or worst. Then the waiter was forgetful but was able to get everything that was needed. Pasta came out with only butter on the noodles no alfredo at all. Ordered Caesar salad extra dressing no croutons. It comes out with croutons . The margaritas with the sidecar shot, we had 4 of them and each 1 was filled 1/4 of the way or less. I told the waiter this was unacceptable. Next set of drinks come out same way. I was not happy too many problems.
