Happy we visited Open Table so we could be placed on waitlist before we arrived. We only waited about 20 minutes before being seated. Walk-ins were being told there was a good hour wait time.

We thought we had reservations at 6pm only to find out they don’t take reservations. We arrive 10 minutes before 6pm and was told it would be a 25-35 min wait. It appeared people coming in after we arrived and were seated first, we were finally seated about 35 min after we arrived. My wife had mussels which about half were not open.

We had a good experience. The food was good but the cole slaw seemed off. Otherwise everything else was great. We had the Unlimited Shrimp special and it did not disappoint. The service was outstanding.

The person who sat us, looked right at me and called me the wrong name but really meant my party. Took a while before the server came to the table so we ordered our food along with our drinks as we were not sure when she would come back. She spilled my drink across the table when she brought it, no apology nor any clean up. Our food was brought out by another who was far more attentive than our server. When our server finally made it back to the table, she was very surprised we had our food. Then a person a couple tables over was visibly sick. Other patrons were helping but no staff.

Other than a 25 min wait even with a priority seating reservation, everything else was great. Food was served hot and tasty. You can't beat all-you-can-eat shrimp for $20. Hubby had the snow crabs that he said were delicious. We will definitely return for another visit. A shout out to our server Heather, she was great.

Made a reservation for 6:45 and didn’t get a table until 7:45 we had to wait an hour even with a reservation. Food was cold and wasn’t good at all.

Celebrating Christmas Eve with a fabulous waitress! Lorenda made the evening rewarding. She was so helpful and personable. I definitely will visit that Red Lobster again and hope I am lucky enough to have Lorenda wait on us again.

Don't bother booking priority seating. It does nothing except to earn points. We waited 30 minutes for a table. Food was good, served hot. Prices have gone up again but so has everywhere else.

There is no difference in wait time between being on the wait list vs not. They quoted the same significant wait time to me when I arrived as others who arrived without a wait list “reservation”. Bar area was open seating and we found an open booth but were told we couldn’t sit there because it was where the staff rolls their napkins… food is fine, service is slow.
