Red Lobster - Orlando - E Colonial Drive

This is a pretty good Red Lobster.

Overall not the best experience , and food was subpar. Usually my favorite place, but steak was raw, had to be cooked over and by the time it was finished, I was done and ready to leave.

We have been customers for over 20 years at this location. This time we had horrible service. We spent most of our night waiting for a server who kept disappearing. He also talked too much and refused to write the order down....then, struggled trying to remember the order. Twice, we had to go ask someone to find him.

Celebrating my promotion

In 20 years of going to this location, this was the worst experience we have ever had. Poor service, incorrect and overcooked food items made this a bad experience.

Shrimp weren't fully cooked, plates came out with incorrect side items, rice was not properly cooked, mashed potatoes were hard, service and atmosphere were fine but food was sub-par.

The food and value are good . The menu is more complex than needed, especially for a chain restaurant.

The food and service were terrific. Red Lobster has the highest standards I’ve found for quality of seafood ingredients. They require all of their seafood to be traceable, sustainable and responsibly-sourced. I had one of the early-dine specials they offer on weekdays before 6:00 pm, and it was an amazing value. I will be back!!!
