   There were four of us and we had appetizers, drinks and entrees. Everything was exceptionally tasty and well presented. We were quite happy with the food and would return for that reason. The service was a little off, as we waited to order refills on our drinks to have with the entrees. We had thought of possibly having dessert but our checks being brought immediately as we finished our meal ended that discussion. Overall a good evening -

   Difficult to judge for every day operations, as this was Valentines Day. Staff did excellent job seating as apparently reservations were not supposed to be taken for that day. They did the best they could under the circumstances.

   Our reservation was at 7:00. When we arrived we were told we still would have to wait 30 to 40 mins. I know it was Valentine’s Day , but they were disorganized . We saw two seats at the bar and took them. Bar staff was great ! Ordered an appetizer and it never came ? I guess another server took it? Took the food an hour to come out and it was lukewarm ! I saw one manager who walked around with no urgency whatsoever! He never apologized for us not receiving our appetizer! Kudos to the bar staff checked on us consistently and drinks were great ! But they cannot control the lack of organization in the restaurant and the kitchen.

   It was fine for what it is….a national chain restaurant that doesn’t promise fresh out of the ocean seafood or much variety but it was open on Christmas and met our family’s needs. There were no issues or problems.

   Our waitress was excellent and available when we needed her and invisible when we want to just enjoy our date night. She was great and made the dinner event even better.

   Kitchen did a terrible job getting all the food out. Manager did come Iverson, they were aware. Offered discount that we didn't see. Eat there few times a year, first time this bad...

   We’d never been to a Red Lobster! Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had the endless Shrimp Monday special. They were served hot and very tender. All in all a great value. The restaurant decor was a bit tired and there were no less than 4 birthday celebrations during our visit. All in all we would go back again for a casual weeknight dinner.

    Our server Jordan was outstanding! I just can't say enough about her. She was exactly what a server should be; friendly, helpful, well spoken and came back to our table several times (but not too many times) to check on us. She brought drink refills and extra napkins (we had 2 toddlers with us) without us even asking. She even made my drink (non-alcoholic) herself because the bartender was super busy. I will be asking for her as our server whenever we go there. Oh, and also the food came out quickly, hot and tasty. I usually find that Red Lobster's food and drinks are consistently good and fresh and this visit was no exception. I am a very happy customer :)
