    I was among a party of 12 people. The service by our waitresses were wonderful! They were knowledgeable regarding the menu and patiently answered questions about food options. Also, the food was delicious, especially their cheddar garlic biscuits.

    Absolutely horrible experience!! Our food took 1 hour and 20 minutes to come out! They were so understaffed. Dirty tables everywhere, servers running around like crazy, empty tables but lots of people waiting. Between when we got our drinks, and when the food came out, the server did not check on us at all. I finally flagged down a manager and she checked on our food. It came out two minutes later. Our Lobsters and steak were slightly warm. The crab legs were cold! Disgustingly cold. It was awful. The best “food” was the biscuit. Never again.

    Had reservations, it didn’t matter. They still couldn’t set you at a table within time was told there will be wait(1 hour later). Decided not to eat there went across the street to Cowboys Brazilian steakhouse, excellent place to eat.

    We had 6 pm reservations and it took us 3 hrs to eat. I understand it was a Friday and Valentine’s Day. The place was packed. I feel they shouldn’t have taken reservation or saved a table for us. We had a fantastic waitress name Victoria. She wasn’t even our waitress but seen that we were sitting for a long time and took our order. She did ask first to make sure it was ok. She was very attentive and made our time very pleasant. She was a 100 star rating.

    It took a long time to get our drinks. It took a really long time to get our food; the food was ok, it was hot when it arrived. We ordered two lobster flatbreads, one was burned around the edges and hard underneath, the other was ok but it didn’t have much lobster. It wasn’t too busy when we were there. Overall, we were disappointed.

    We made a reservation only to find out upon arrival that it wouldn’t be honored. They operate with a “first come, first served” policy. The crew was kind, but understaffed, which provided a long wait and a slow dining experience. We were thankful they were open on Christmas.

    We were assuming we had a reservation since we were told to use the app to set one up. We arrived about 10 minutes early only to be met with another 30 minute wait. We ended up sitting at the bar where we were served. The bar tender on Christmas Day did a wonderful job. He was super busy with no help, serving customers at the bar as well as making drinks for other orders and doing all the dishes. The food my husband received was very good, my potato was not fully cooked. So in reality, we would give the bar tender a 10 but a lower score would definitely go to the restaurant for the food and not being prepared for a large crowd, especially since they were making reservations every 15 minutes for who knows how many people. Please don’t overbook and expect good reviews.

    My husband and I are from Pennsylvania, but were in Charleston visiting my mother. She had a hankering for a meal at Red Lobster. The three of us dined there this evening, and it was wonderful. To start with, the service was perfect. Dave, our server, was very attentive to our needs. We expressed disappointment when we learned that Red Lobster did not offer hushpuppies. Dave promised us that we would love their Cheddar Bay Biscuits. He was right; the biscuits were luscious melt-in-your-mouth! From there we enjoyed entrees of salmon, grilled scallops, and lobster - all cooked to perfection. Kudos to the chef! A shared Chocolate Wave cake was a delicious ending to the meal.
