Red Lobster - Norridge
Disappointed w staff, took long to get service. Restaurant could use a DEEP cleaning. Food was mediocre.
Just hearing some of the wait staff talk about ... “well if they are going to do that then they should just send me home”
Was a little much ....
otherwise the service and the food was good .... pricey but good
The main course took exceptionally long to get at least thirty minutes. One of the shrimp dishes was not what was ordered. The crab imperial was just okay. The salmon was delicious as well as the coconut shrimp. The sangria (berry) was very flavorful.
Wow! I hadn’t been to Red Lobster in years, and only went because we had a gift card. Hot biscuits brought to the table were heavenly! I had the stuffed seafood mushrooms which were delicious and the petite lobster roll. It was on excellent bread and was very tasty. Seems also that they are making the menu more health conscious and I liked the fact that they have calories noted for each item. Really loved the meal!
The service was great. When we arrived they were very attentive and were able to meet all of our needs. Would definitely recommend going to this red lobster again.
The service was absolutely horrible and our food was incorrect when it came out and cold. Also a child puked right by our table and no one waitstaff member did anything about it. They left it there all dinner and people kept walking in it.
Briscuts are Amazing! Took and hour to get our food but it was ok.
Can get better food somewhere else, the only good food is their biscuits-fluffy and tasty. Service is very slow, took the server a long time to bring us our water, he forgot to bring my husband the silverware so I gave him one of my folk to eat after waiting for a long time. We ordered the four courses meal but only the salad and main entree was served, we had to ask for the soup and dessert at the end of our meal. I ordered the shrimp pasta with Alfredo sauce, there are only about 8 pieces tinny shrimp (100 per pound count size). I really want to like Red lobster, but again disappointed.
