The food was great and the waiter Joshua was so nice and made sure the my daughter and I had enjoyed our meal. Thank you Joshua, you were awesome.

The restaurant staff was very accommodating. But then, the restaurant was not particularly busy that evening. The ambiance was comforting yet energized. The meal selection was sufficient regardless of the out-of-stock Caribbean corn item. The selection of main dishes included various combinations of salmon, crab, shrimp, tilapia, and lobster. The lobster tacos featured actual and not imitation lobster meat and were delicious. All-in-all, the dining experience exceeded my expectations based upon an experience at another location many years prior.

Go out every week with my staff. Today we decided to choose this place. Food and service was good. Bathrooms were clean.

The hostess Charisse was unorganized and rude and flippant. She didn’t take anyone’s names or party sizes and told everyone they’d have a table in 5 minutes. She mixed up the orders of the parties and couldn’t care less.

Our entrees came out before our salad and we were left to eat without silverware. I got up from the table and proceeded to the hostess station and retrieved two place settings.

Worst red lobster ever. We will NEVER go back.

Diana was a terrific and attentive server last night. My lobster bisque, while very tasty, was overly salted.... kitchen needs to cut way back on the salt, which can easily be added at the table if the diner wants that amount of salt. The nation Red Lobster should heed this advice and trend. Biscuits were delicious, if a bit heavy on the garlic.... a little less would be just as effective. Nice roomy tables and quiet atmosphere. A cpl of spotlights were flickering like strobes and should have been changed before the dinner service as it's quite disruptive, and the bathroom stalls in the ladies room could use attention. Would dine there again.

The only reason my experience ended on a positive note was due to the manager’s, Matt, customer service. I showed up at 7:28pm to check in for my 7:30pm priority to waitlist time, the two girls at the stand did not check me in. I stood there, right in front of the check in area, for forty minutes and watched people who came in way after me get seated. When I spoke up I didn’t even receive an apology for their mistake. They tried to sit my friend and I in an uncomfortable area. When I requested another area after that long wait I was told, verbatim, “Well, you’re just going to have to wait.” That’s when I had to ask for a manager to intervene. I would NEVER recommend anyone spend their money here. He was the only professional in the entire establishment. After he left for the night my experience went back to being mediocre.
