I’ve had better food there and alot better food!!!!
We enjoyed being at the red robin. We both thought that the food could be in a little more flavorful. The waitress Sarah was very prompt and attentive.
They did not respect my reservation. Got there 15 minutes earlier and they told me it would be 30 minutes before I could be seated, so we waited. 40 minutes went by and they hadn’t call me, so I asked again if we were next, but they said it would be another 30 minutes. Yet another 45 minutes went by and still not our turn, so I asked a third time and they said another 30 minutes lol. Several employees just standing around. Once we were finally seated, then it went great. Haley was super fast and courteous, but I guess I don’t understand the point of using a reservation thru open table if it means nothing to Red Lobster.

It was ok, not great. We had priority seating for 7 PM & something got messed up & we didn't get seated until 40 minutes after our check in. The clam chowder was like warm milk, not much flavor & no clams. The other food was good but pricey. I don't believe I will return to there. Hoping for a better seafood restaurant in the SLC area.
Isn’t the same red lobster. Food quality not nearly as good, menu reduced, poor servers are over seated and over worked (trying their best.). “Priority seating” via open table is a joke. Made reservation, but everyone who walked in right before us who didn’t use “priority seating” got sat first….so what’s the point??? No music playing, everyone super busy. No silverware or napkins at our table. Even the Cesar salad want what it used to be. Very sad experience.
Birthday for our grandson
Had reservations but still had to wait for 30 minutes told our waitress that we were celebrating my sons birthday, no song nothing, waitress was rude and not friendly
The food was great as usual and the server was outstantding. It was my birthday and she wished me Happy Birthday four or five times. She was very attentive, and pleasant, and brought drink refills without being asked.
Open Table was fantastic. I will use it again. Food was great like always
I mentioned to the waiter that we were in a wee bit of a hurry. I cannot ever remember having such efficient service. And the food was very good. No complaints and many compliments.
Hostess soured the first impression but the overall experience was largely exemplary. The pandemic suppresses the number of diners which is conducive to great business lunches. I am enjoying this time, singing Happy Birthday is verboten!
The food was phenomenal, perfectly prepared, served timely and hot. TRY the brussell sprouts!
The Red Lobster will be packed as we emerge from the global plague, for good reason. They have earned our future business.
Asked for crab legs and got crab cakes. Asked for medium rare steak and got a raw steak. I sent it back and it came raw in the middle and dry on the outside from being microwaved. I told the waitress I didn’t want the steak anymore but was told they would make it right. I thought they would just bring me a new steak but the just microwaved the same steak again to the point a dog wouldn’t even eat it. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Bacon wrapped scallops were nearly raw. My wife and I both were sick after eating, with terrible headaches. Never again.
Waitress acted like she was to busy. Drinks where never full unless we asked for them. Just disappointed that service has gone down hill. Ultimate feast a lot smaller plus price has gone up. Just disappointed I don't think I will back. It makes me sad because I loved that place at one time.
Not up to what I expect from Red Lobster. The crab and lobster were overcooked and social distancing was not followed.
Booked on open table. Still had to wait 35 minutes to get into the restaurant. Once we were in and seated service was slow and often neglected to bring requests. had to be reminded several times.Will probably not return.
Love it! Everything was perfect
Unfortunately we had a poor experience at Red Lobster. This began with the server wiping off food from the appetizer plates as he was dropping them off at our table. We had to request clean replacements. Only 1 drink was delivered and we had to request the remaining 2 once he finally realized they hadn't been delivered. 2 of 3 meals were dropped off 13 minutes before the final meal. Not all ordered sides were on the plates and we had to request them. Food quality was poor and overpriced.
It’s fine for an easy dinner, but I prefer the restaurant at home more.
Food was great, as always! Waitress was great though they were slammed for a Thursday night so they were understaffed, but we understood.
What I can’t understand is why they are on open table!? OPEN TABLE SHOULD ONLY BE FOR RESERVATIONS...not get on a list and SHORTEN WATING TIME BY 10 min. Now while it states that when making the “reservation”, it is stated in the fine print. I use open table a lot so I didn’t read the fine print...I just make my reservation and am set, in and out of the app.
