   Food took very long to come and our waitress had a large party and all her attention was with them. Another nice lady ended up helping us.

   Went to Red Lobster for the AMAZING CHEDAR BISQUITS and was happy to se they were having an all you can eat shrimp promotion going. It was great. You order any 3 of the 8 shrimp options. I chose shrimp scampi, shrimp alfredo w/ pasta and a grilled shrimp skewer. They all were DELISH! I ordered more of course. They have fried shrimp options as well. All was delicious. Oh, and it comes with 2 regular sides. I chose the broccoli and rice. WAY TOO MUCH for me to finish. Great portions. And did I mention, ALL OF THAT FOR $20!!! Josh was our waiter and his service is always outstanding. We've had him one other time and the service was great. Don't forget to add a beverage from the bar. Had an old fashion and it was perfect! I highly recommend.

   We did not get to eat because the wait time to get the food is over an hour. Management need to be improved. At least 3 tables left because of the long wait.

   This location is a mess. It is woefully under staffed. On a Saturday night, we were seated in an area that had no waiter. We flagged down a waitress and she said our waiter was James. However, James was not there! The waitress reluctantly took our drink order and 25 minutes later we finally got our drinks when the manager brought them out after we complained. Fortunately, another waitress (Justine?) took it upon herself to serve us. She was terrific and made up for the, up 'til then, abysmal service. This store really needs to get its act together.

   Last couple times we have gone to this location the server tells us they are short handed. So the food takes forever to come out. So I am guessing they are short on the cooks. They seem to have enough waiters. We really enjoy their all u can eat shrimp deal. But waiting 30 minutes or more to get your food is unexceptable.

   The quality of food has deteriorated as the prices have sky rocketed. Waited staff was in a rush constantly. Not worth going back .
