Worst part was not finding out until AFTERWARD that I would receive ZERO points for using OpenTable. Why is this even an option??
I could have used the restaurant website instead!
The food was just not up to par as it was it previous years.
The restaurant was dirty and smelled dirty. Waiting for someone to wait on us was excessively long. Sections of the restaurant were closed, but there were still not enough wait staff. The food is good, but the place is so dirty- food, paper, etc on the floor, tables not bussed- makes one never want to go back. The overworked wait staff was very nice- they did the best job they could.
I don't think Open Table priority seating helped me at all. When we arrived we were told it would be 20 minutes, but it was actually 45.
The area where we were seated had a foul odor.
Dirty wine glass, bar staff was slow, etc.
Ok meal open table helped out slot since the place was packed food came out fast and was good
This is the first time I have ever been disappointed with the food at Red Lobster. I ordered the lobster and shrimp rolls with fries for lunch. I was shocked when I bit into the lobster/shrimp roll and the shell was still on the tail of the shrimp. I thought they just forgot to take it off, but no, the shell was left on every shrimp. Why would they leave the shells on? I had go through both rolls to dig out the shrimp & pull the shells off to eat them. Also, they have changed their fries since I was last there, and I was very disappointed with them. I would not order this meal again, and won’t order their fries again, either.
Food wasn't that seasoned. I ordered lobster and had no taste! My husband's pasta was dry. He didn't even eat half
