The 2 female host in the front was very rude with a nasty attitude for no reason, one (unkept braids)also told me not to use open table again because it doesn’t matter here they seat you when they want too, the food was horrible Caesar salad was old, I sat at the table 23 minutes with an empty glass my sever walked past me 8x literally. The servers stand in a corner and talk by the kitchen instead of waiting on you.The server got my order wrong said she could remember it but didn’t even write it down. This place is very unwelcoming , unprofessional, unsafe, and under managed. There are to many uneducated simple minded young people working there that doesn’t know the meaning of customer service. When you have weak leadership you will have a poor staff. Sure the money may come in but the service and staff is awful.

Food was delicious and service was excellent. We were very pleasantly surprised by our dining experience and will return.

Even with Priority seating, we had to wait another 20 minutes past our scheduled time to get a table even though no one else was waiting for a table at the time. Several groups of 4 or more walked in without priority seating and were seated within 5 minutes AND ahead of us. The restaurant was not particularly busy at the time with plenty of tables empty. The service was a bit on the slow side and the waiter seemed unprepared to take our order. Once we did receive our food, it was fresh and good.

Service was TERRIBLE! Food came out incorrectly...EVERY PART OF IT! Drinks, appetizers, main dishes..Server seemed like she was disgusted just at the thought of having to wait on us before even speaking to us, which is why it probably took 30 mins to get our drinks (incorrectly). We spoke to the manager, who didn’t even approach our table covered with empty glasses and plates towards the end of our meal, and the only thing he decided to do to rectify the situation was change our server? At this point, all we needed was a to-go box for the rolls we didn’t finish (because they didn’t come out until our food), and the check. Very disappointing considering it was for a birthday.
