   Drinks weak and server forgot about us. Depressing ambiance. Out of menu items still on menu

   Despite having a reservation, I still had to wait 25 minutes while people with no reservations who came in after me were seated. The food was slow to arrive and the texture was rubbery. Everything was overcooked but still cold by the time it reached my table. Last trip to a failing red lobster.

   I signed up in advance, to be on the wait list. I don’t think the host understood. They sat first coke first serve. The wait time to be seated was 45 minutes. So advance wait list wasn’t honored.

   Waited 10 minutes after being seated before waitress came to take our drink order. When food arrived, she forgot the second side item for all three meals. The food was pretty good. Coleslaw had a nice flavor. Broccoli was cooked so long it was a pile of mush. Didn’t pre-clear dishes or ask to refill drinks. Would have done dessert but didn’t want to wait.

   Met my Aunt and cousin as we live out of town. Food was good but service was slow- but they were very friendly

   Wait was poor. Biscuits were burnt, never should of been brought out that way. Mashed potatoes were dry, even visible dry. Waitress out in order wrong for part of the meal. Shrimp scampi was over cooked and rubbery.

   I went with my niece and daughter for lunch, we enjoyed ourselves and the food was good. There was a family sitting in the booth beside ours when we walked in and come to find out the sweet lady had paid for our appetizers and drinks!… That was a really nice gesture and I am very appreciative of her and others likewise. Overall, great experience

    We arrived at 5:30 midweek and were seated right away. The server was friendly and attentive. The salmon, lobster, and shrimp entree was well prepared, nothing was overcooked and everything was seasoned deliciously. The cocktails weren’t great (frozen Lobsterita had not been blended well so was a less than smooth consistency, closer to snow cone texture; the Grand Patron margarita tasted like mostly sour mix though the menu didn’t mention sour mix in it). Otherwise, a pleasant dining experience.
