Red Lobster - Mcdonough
I went with my niece and daughter for lunch, we enjoyed ourselves and the food was good. There was a family sitting in the booth beside ours when we walked in and come to find out the sweet lady had paid for our appetizers and drinks!… That was a really nice gesture and I am very appreciative of her and others likewise.
Overall, great experience
We arrived at 5:30 midweek and were seated right away. The server was friendly and attentive. The salmon, lobster, and shrimp entree was well prepared, nothing was overcooked and everything was seasoned deliciously. The cocktails weren’t great (frozen Lobsterita had not been blended well so was a less than smooth consistency, closer to snow cone texture; the Grand Patron margarita tasted like mostly sour mix though the menu didn’t mention sour mix in it). Otherwise, a pleasant dining experience.
I made a reservation only it wasn't a reservation just put me in a queue. We decided to sit at the bar and that was a great decision. The bartender was fantastic and Stephen the manager was superb. I stopped going to Red Lobster because they changed the recipe for their Calamari which is what I always ordered. Stephen was going to get the Chef to make it for the with the old recipe but they didn't have the red peppers and the old beer batter. I was appreciative that he was going to try. I suggest you bring back the old Calamari Recipe. I only went back because my date wanted to, but I want be back unless you change the recipe back even though the service was awesome.
We didn’t get our food until after close because we came late. The servers we’re getting off work but they were very loud and yelling at each other. Our food and service was great but I forgot our server’s name. He was fast and pleasant.
Food was good. Service was good. Side item forgotten when served. Overall, I will dine at the location again.
It was a great meal
It sucked. Even though I set up a priority seating through OpenTable when we got there we still had an hour and a 45 minutes wait. We were starving and basically they said it did not matter if we used OpenTable or not. Time doesn't count til you get there.
The staff was awesome.. Rob the ma8made us feel welcome. The waitress Takiah was very friendly and helpful. Even when they got really busy. they still made us comfortable. ALSO VBo the other waiter he was hilarious. He made us laugh. Great place for groups celebration
The quality of the food was horrible, the wait time when i was seated was horrible, I had to keep asking is a available table not ready yet. The restroom was disgusting and tables were dirty. I will never return to this location again.
Such a great time
It was just OK! Our server Christian from the kitchen was the best!
