Even though we had a reservation we had to still wait 45 minutes to wait to be seated. Then another 20 minutes before our waiter came to take our drink order. When we placed our drink orders we also placed our food order as well. When our food started to come out all 6 of us got our food except my father in law who kept asking for his food. 30 minutes into asking for his food we asked for a manager and at that point we were told his food was never entered and it was going to be taken of the bill. The waiter came back to our table as well went to pay and said it’s not like you guys helped me anyway. I don’t even n is how long you were sitting here before I knew that you were even mine. This lady had no remorse for the service and just kept talking about how busy it was and she didn’t know we were her table.

I ordered the pasta and it was super salty, it seemed like the staff was rushing for example I ordered and appetizer and it arrived after I received my main course so me and my date where looking at a buffet of food in front of us. And as soon as we start eating the waitress, comes over and asked if we would like a refill on shrimp. Just seemed super rushed.the bill was $130.00 I don’t think I have ever spend that much at a restaurant in my life especially for food that was “just okay”.

The food was great! We had a long wait as they had a huge party prior to our arrival but our server was awesome. It was my husband's birthday so because of the wait they up graded a desert for him!!

Red Lobster honored our reservation even though they were more busy than they had anticipated. We were happy that Red Lobster has changed the calamari and no longer includes the vegetables. The food was awesome and we are already making plans to return!

Waited on our server a good 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged and asked for a drink order and she was not friendly AT ALL. Throughout the night she was not attentive; didn't even ask if we wanted an appetizer or dessert. Food was only so-so for the price.

Our table was ready say down immediately. Took awhile to get waited on and get drinks. Our bread came and then salad and dinner pretty much the same time. With 4 people at a booth and everything showing up at same time table was overly crowded. Food was mediocre.

Our experience was relatively nice. It was busy being Valentine's day weekend, our server was pleasant and we loved that we didnt have to wait long for a table!
