They had only opened up in Wednesday before we went in on Saturday so they did not have all menu items and I did not get what I ordered. I’m not really complaining though. Restaurants had it rough in Washington due to the pandemic. They need time to get back to normal. They were very courteous and polite and gave me a few extra food items to make up for the misunderstanding. Still one of my favorite restaurants and the cheddar biscuits were sheer perfection!
Three seperate dishes and an appetizer ordered:
Stuffed mushrooms - great
Live lobster with side lobster mash and brussle sprouts
Geilled salmon with side salad and mashed potato
Ceaser salad with chicken and side of bacon wrapped scallops
- mushrooms were tasty, filling was very fishy tasting (i mean it IS seafood filling)
- Lobster was for a keto diet (potatoes were for taking home). Brussle sprouts had VERY sugary glaze, which was not expected and disappointing. This meal was great. (My meal). Tried a bite of the potatoes - very mediocre, do not recommend.
- Fish was cooked well, everything seemed to taste good
- Salad was "ok." Chicken was tasteless. Scallops and bacon exceptionally chewy. This individual was not impressed.
Overall, dinner was fine. As always, on the higher end of price but still fine. We traditionally go so i can get a lobster for my birthday dinner, so nothing took us by complete suprise.
If you're not getting fish, or wanting scallops, don't come here. Service was great, patrons were quiet for the most part, and facilities were clean.
Side note: waiting outside for twenty minutes on a cold feb evening certainly means i won't be coming back before COVID precautions are improved. No cover, all seats were soaking wet from rain, no protection from wind, dark with few lights. 0/10 for wait time.
We celebrated my mother’s birthday.
Our server, Shane, was great! There was good social distancing between tables and the food was good.
It was a good dinner and our service was good also
The food was terrible quality. Everything tasted like frozen food that just got out of the microwave. My “side” of coleslaw came in a tiny sauce cup. The service was good.
The meal and service was exceptional, given the corona issues.
Anniversary and birthday
The food was great. The service was a little slow but they kept us informed so it was an overall good experience.
First time eating at Red Lobster and I was very impressed. My quest really enjoyed it also. We will be back and recommend it to our friends.
Lulu was outstanding! Food was great and timing was perfect.
Good food, good value. We had a 6pm reservation but still had to wait 20 minutes before we could be seated. They got one of our orders wrong but corrected it right away.
Cook was salt crazy lobster bisque was so disappointing. So much hype and we came all the way from Vancouver thinking it’s good and found out it was so dismal
Red Lobster is always great for seafood. I eat there frequently and love the variety.
All six of us were pleased with our meals. The Admiral's Platter was plentiful with white fish, bay scallops, and lots of large prawns. The batter was right, not too battery. The fish tacos were delicious, as were the caesar salads. Everything tasted fresh and was served hot.
My chowder was all cream with no clams or potatoes. Caesar salad with shrimp was just pieces of lettuce, overly large slices of Parmesan plus shrimp. Very ordinary. Fish and chips was one large, prefrozen, rectangular slab of cod with a non-crunchy crust and limp fries. The Northwest is known for varieties of fresh Pacific salmon but surprisingly only Atlantic salmon was on the menu, clearly suggesting that the fish is not fresh but is cut, frozen and shipped from a central location. Service was prompt and friendly but the quality of the food rated a D at best. We won't return.
The restaurant was busy, but you never felt it. The service by Tamika was fabulous. The timing for everything was impeccable, including the shrimp refills. The booth was comfortable and cozy. The food was delicious. Would reccomend anyone to go here.
Was nice but Felt rush because everything was shut off .. got the ugliest smallest potato and steak was cooked not to my liking. half the lights were off at 930 even tho they close at 10 and chairs were already on the table and sections were closed off .. they had to clean the table before they seated us. Only thing missing was the lights off and doors locked
Even with making a "open table reservation", had to wait 15/20 minutes and half the restaurant was empty? Service was poor, Meals were slow and not very good. Definitely a poor experience and have no intentions of going back.
Great service & good food!!! Server was very friendly and kind.
I would give it more stars but it is very pricey. We new that going in so I'm not complaining.
One of our fave spots
Always try to come here, when we’re in the area
We showed up a few minutes early but still had to wait a few minutes for our priority seating. The waiter Soid was really nice and polite. He was one of the best waiters. The down fall happened when it took over 40 minutes for our food to come out and even then, there were some mistakes made. However, they tried compensating by giving us free dessert. My fiancé works the night shift, so it was frustrating to wait so long for food. We were so hungry that we weren’t hungry when the food finally came out.
Wow has this place gone down hill waitress was half awake drinks arrived 10 minutes later. got our meal wrong. wrong sides. Last time I go there. I should have talked to the manager didnt want right about it just not going there anymore
We had a substantial wait because they did not have enough servers on duty. The butter fior my baked potatoe came totally melted on a hot plate. The desert offered with the dinner was not available. I really like Red Lobster, but this is the worst one I have ever been to. One good thing: happy hours prices on alcohol were also served in the dining room until 6 pm.
Curious the waiter eluded to the fact that salad and or soup was part of the dinner, but when I checked my bill I was charged $2.99x3 for the soup?
Surprisingly better than I remembered from years ago.
Always enjoy lunch or dinner at Red Lobster.’ Good food and value for families.
My daughter and I had a mommy daughter date and she said "Yummy food ". It was her first time at red lobster.
For me, I liked it but The lobster needs a little more flavor but everything else yummy.
