Our waitress was great wish I remembered her name.. food was good . Only thing I didn’t like is having a reservation and still not being able to be seat until an hour later .

Got seated over an hour after our reservation time - nowhere to sit while we waited. Server did not provide silverware or straws, even when asked - we got them ourselves while our food got cold. Order was wrong, service was slow. Took over 2 and a half hours to be done. Horrible experience. Table next to us got up and left after being told their food would take another 45 minutes to prepare. Not going back, despite the coupons they gave us to apologize.

I wanted to treat my mom to a nice dinner she had a taste for red lobster. I was surprised to see it on open table but even more surprised when I arrived for my reservation one person was about to seat me but when I mentioned I had a open table reservation I was told the system was down and I would have to wait 30 minutes to be seated. Which is crazy when I could see plenty of open tables. Thank God for the Dearborn Heights location it’s 10 minute drive to get Great Service, good food and no wait time

We were seated on time for our reservation, our server was great, the food was great. But oh my goodness it took FOREVER for our food to come out. We waited just over an hour after we ordered. It made the whole experience must less enjoyable than it would’ve been otherwise.

My meal was subpar. I ordered shrimp alfredo. The Alfredo sauce was runny and not flavorful. I took my meal home to improve it. The server was awesome and attentive.

Hello my waitress Aricka was not friendly at all.. she took a long time to bring our biscuit both times.. she seem overwhelmed.. no customer service.. she wasn’t pleasant at all.. overalls the food was delicious… atmosphere was beautiful. I enjoy my dinner.. aricka needs more training … customer service is a plus .. she did not seem happy …

Food was excellent, pricing was fine. Server was extremely kind and friendly but service was slow. We ordered endless shrimp and only wanted one refill. Our dinner took nearly 2 hours. It was too long. Food was good.
