We arrived and stood at the door for over 5 min without any service. Since they didn’t seem interested in our business, we left to go to a neighboring restaurant. Too bad for them because we were celebrating our anniversary, and treated ourselves to a very expensive meal for a different business.
Was my daughters 8th birthday and she wanted to go there! Our server Mark was fabulous! He was so pleasant kind communicated so often on our meal checked on us engaged my daughter it was a great experience because of Mark!! He needs a raise and train the other staff!! We will be back for him and the yummy crab!!
We had a great server who was extremely attentive.
This was just about the worst service EVER!!!! We were in early afternoon and there were a couple of tables. Our waiter took at least 15 minutes to acknowledge us while he passed by a couple of times. He was guessing at the menu questions and I had to tell him to go and find out. He delivered the salad and there was no flatware nor was he anywhere in sight until the order came out. This also happened to another table in his section. We had the all you eat special and he was barely around to keep the replacement orders coming. We still tipped him, but I really didn't because the service was non existent and there was hardly anyone there.
The food was good. The facility was dark and empty. Needs color even if all deco removed. It was my husbands birthday which I put in Open Table reservation and even mentioned to the server- nothing.
Food was some of the best I've had at a Red Lobster. Our Waitress was polite but wasn't good at checking on our needs or refills.
The air conditioner was on and it was blowing that it was moving the artificial plants on the ledges on our booth. When I mentioned it to our waiter he said he would talk to the manager yet nothing was done. No one came by to ask us how our dinner was - I imagine because he already knew what I would say. I did have a jacket on and long sleeves that I wore the entire dinner.
The food was Red Lobster quality - which is why we went. Our daughter was visiting from college. The salads are fresh and the food is consistent.

Overall, our experience was a quiet, somewhat quick, family dinner. My Dad (who is 82) ordered the day's special, but was told that was only available until 6:00P...it was 6:01P. The broccoli was way overlooked, but I ate it anyway so not to let it ruin my parents pick for dinner. The grilled tilapia was fantastic and the biscuits are always great. Everyone seemed to enjoyed their meal overall.
