The seater was not that nice at the beginning and let him know it.

Food wasn't seasoned as well as it has been in the past. Menu also pared down: less fresh fish (sign of the pandemic times!)

It took too long to be seated and they skipped over me two times. Hostess seemed to be whispering to the manager because I did my open table reservations. When the seated us it was secluded by the bar(yuck) I don’t know I was celebrating a promotion but this wasn’t as good as usual. My food was not what I ordered because they gave me Alfredo sauce instead of butter herb sauce.

My mother in law wanted to eat here for her birthday. We made reservations about 20 minutes before arrival for 6 but had 2 add 2 more people. It wasn’t crowded so they were very accommodating. It didn’t take long to seat us. The hostess immediately brung plates and biscuits to the table without us having to ask. It did take a little while for the server Jai to come to our table and she immediately apologized but everyone was busy talking and eating biscuits I don’t think we realized the wait. She took our drink orders with recommendations for both non and alcoholic drinks. We were very pleased with her service. I should’ve given her more than the 20% custom tip I chose. Thank you Jai for your great service.

The server, Jay, and his trainee were excellent with their service. The steak was a little salty.

Our Server, Ebony was amazing and the food was tremendous. So good and even had enough to take leftovers home! Will definitely come back to this Red Lobster restaurant in Lawrence!

Our server, Ebony G, was terrific. The food was very good - it has been for the 30 years we have been going to this particular Red Lobster. My complaint is with the woman at the check in counter, who reported to Opentable that we did not show for our 12 noon "reservation". That's in quotes because it isn't really a reservation - it just adds your name to the waitlist. We were there at 11:50 before the time we had booked. Very annoying that she said we weren't there!!
