   Slow service and good. Idk if they were short staffed or not. Summer was a great help as hostess tho

   Unfortunately, this was another Red Lobster restaurant, which is not one of the better ones. The main reason was the in no way attentive and / or interested staff at the service. Drinks ordered without ice, come with ice. Baked potato ordered "with salt only", comes with sour cream. And then the replacement potato was also totally overcooked.

   Our experience was subpar, we made reservations for a party of 6 over 24 hours in advance. Once, we arrived the hostess rudely asked our party if we wanted to split up. The food was mediocre and overly salty.

   Sabrina our server was very pleasant and friendly. She made some nice recommendations for starters and she was on point. My hubby enjoyed it 😀.

   I went there for the biscuits. They did not taste like the original biscuits. I was disappointed! Was missing ingredients.

   We went to the Laurel, MD Red Lobster after a long day at work. We were seated immediately - so grateful for that! Our server was doing a great job of multitasking - taking care of our table plus a few others. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and she paced our meal perfectly. The lobster, steak, soup and sides were all delicious, as was my husband's key lime pie. Previous reviewers were correct - the Laurel Red Lobster does a wonderful job providing a great dining experience. Our only issue was with the temperature of the steaks. They were cooked to a level of doneness more than what was ordered. My medium rare was delivered medium well and my husband's medium well was delivered well done.
