   I had a $10 OpenTable dining reward so I picked red lobster on Decatur and they refused to take it. I even talked to the manager to see if they could give me something for free for $10 or take $10 off my bill and he said absolutely not Very unprofessional. Our reservation was at 4 PM. The manager on duty was African-American. And I explained to him that I used 3000 points on OpenTable for the $10 off and it even said for red lobster and he absolutely refused so I’m very upset. I would like my 3000 points back. I do not want to lose it. I have never had a problem with it. I’ve used the points before. Nobody had an issue except this red lobster on Decatur Please respond as soon as possible ! I’m a very loyal and good customer. I would really appreciate that. Thank you ! Nina Jalawi

   It was an hour and 10 minutes and we still didn’t receive our food. We paid for our drinks and left. They said they were under staffed as we were leaving. That should have been communicated up front so that we could decided whether or not we had the time to wait.

   Went for a late dinner, got seated right away. Hadn't been there in literally, decades, so we needed time to peruse the menu. There were so many choices, but we think we did great. Food was good, and we tried things we don't usually order. There are a few things we want to try for next time!

   Had priority seating. Restaurant was mostly empty yet the staff/hostess had a hard time finding a table and seating us. She appeared not to know what to do. Service was so very slow a snail could have beaten our server, Monica, in a race. She seemed very distracted. Anytime we needed her, her response was I'll be back and then she took her time responding to our needs. Food took a long time to arrive and our drinks took even longer. If we didn't have the Cheddar Bay Biscuits we would have starved. We ordered the Endless Shrimp and we kept getting the wrong shrimps or no shrimp at all. Based on this visit/experience we won't be patronizing this Red Lobster again.

   Good quality for the price. Seafood lovers delight. Lobster bisque was fantastic.

    We sat in the bar area with I believe her name was Ashley. She was great! Very attentive and spaced out the timing of our food perfectly. Made our anniversary lunch amazing. Thank you so much.
