The food was great!
The food was good as usual and our server was very attentive.
Showed up with 2 more people than our reservation, no problems.
Our waitress was no where to be found after we were seated. Finally about 15 minutes after we were seated a waiter asked us if we had been waited on yet. We told him no, so he took our drink order. Our waitress returned a couple minutes later with our drinks and had an attitude for the rest of the meal. She didn't get the order right, never brought more drinks without is asking, the old menu was far superior to the one you have now. The food was pretty good, a little expensive but in this post-covid world, understandable i guess. I had crab legs. I never got the little "pickle" fork, a wet wipe or extra napkins. The broccoli was overdone, but that was not our waitresses fault. Overall a very disappointing meal and it was my birthday, on top of everything.
Five stars for our waitress...hate that I can't remember her name, but she was everything you want your server to be. Food was good, there weren't any complaints from the five of us. Arrived on time for our reservation and was told to wait outside an additional 15 minutes for a table that was unoccupied when we arrived, so not sure what that was all about, but staff was pleasant. Celebrated son's graduation...wasn't our first choice, but all in all a good experience.

Had been 20 years since my wife and I last went to Red Lobster. It was a wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in the door until we left everyone was absolutely attentive and delightful. The service was wonderful and food was just as good. We will definitely return again sooner than 20 years!

Upon arrival, I asked Shaun, our server, for a $50 gift card before we ordered our food and that I wanted to use it against our dinners. At the end of the meal, after giving him my Visa card to buy the gift card and then the meal, he charges only the meal and then tells me he has to get the gift card from the bar as a separate transaction. So I didn’t even get to use the gift card and dropped well over $100 on this visit. I don’t even want to dine at this restaurant again after the disorganized and dysfunctional service I received where the server didn’t do what I wanted. I even had to ask him where my bonus $10 card was because he forgot about it. By the time I realized the $50 would not be applied unless I asked for a Visa credit, I was already late to go to a concert, so I just left. The whole purpose of getting the gift card was lost on this server even though he acknowledged his understanding of what I wanted when we first arrived.
