   after spending 2 1/2 hours in the restaurant and 66 minutes after our order and several communications with the waitress and one communication with the manager, our food came out at different times fish re-cooked unpresentable. They wanted to charge us for parts of the food we had to negotiate and we wasn’t paying for anything other than the one dish that my 88 year old mother wanted to take home because she didn’t want to waste it. I didn’t want to pay for it, but we did because she did take it home. Nothing else was eaten. The food was horrible. The weight was horrible. We were seated immediately and yes, we was there over two hours and did not get to eat dinner on Mother’s Day.

   That location turn on the AC last night when temperature outside was 40 degrees. I have spoke to the manager several times about no heat. Everyone had their coats on in order to be warm and able to eat. Our reservation was for 8:00, we didn’t get seated until 8:50pm No food came until 9:35. That is a very poor manage location.

   This was our worst experience at Red Lobster yet. There were only two servers and two cooks. Our reservation was at 7:45. We were seated at 8:10 and didn't receive our drinks or food before we left at 9:15. The empty tables were filled with trash from other diners and the bar was locked so they only had Bahama Mammas as mixed drinks.

   In recent years the service has diminished, but during this particular time it was beyond terrible. There was limited wait staff and cooks. The wait staff openly complained about the lack of service encouraging diners to leave. Although we were seated it took almost 20 minutes to get water, and another 20 to order. We never received our appetizers and we left before receiving the food. On the way out the manager was talking with another diner while waitstaff looked instead of serving. The entire team from managers to cooks and waitstaff should either be fired or attend mandatory training.

   The food was delicious. Worked with a really amazing waitress. She was tall, had beautiful eye lashes, and paced the meal well. Definitely be back to this location!

   We arrived on time for our reservation. The restaurant wasn't busy but we still had to wait. After we were seated, we waited again for the waiters. When we were able to order, the food was good. I ordered the salmon New Orleans with broccoli and brussels sprouts as my sides. Everything was good. No complaints with the food. As we were preparing to leave, we overheard an argument where the white host called a black customer the N word. That was disturbing to us to say the least. Don't plan on returning or to patronize this establishment ever again

   The food was a 10 but the restaurant ambiance needs major interior updates. It looks so gloomy and it had a weird smell kinda like a sewer couldve been the bathroom and the blender was broke i literally only came for the great frozen drinks. I ended up getting the strawberry margarita it tasted as if there was no alcohol i doubt it was. The food was the best part of my dining experience I probably wont be coming back unless the restaurant gets updated

    the drinks were very sweet ... we ordered Cuban mojitos they took a long time, I ordered desserts for my children and they took a long time
