Red Lobster - Langhorne
The waitress was nice and accommodating. The food was adequate but my dining partner basically left 85% on the plate. There was a very loud table near us which eventually got annoying. Just wasn’t as good as it usually is.
I’m not sure why RL still isn’t serving garden salads as all the other restaurants are.
With Covid was craving dinner out and not impressed with the menu selection
Used opentable yet had to wait forty minutes to be seated. There was no difference between using opentable and just walking in off the street. Would not allow us to wait inside even though we were the only ones inside waiting. Made us wait in the car. When we got in to eat they had 1 table occupied for every 10 empty. Why the hell was the wait so long? Menu recently changed due to new management apparently. So the thing I get the maple glazed chicken is gone. I do not eat steak or seafood. We were there for my mom's birthday that turned 71 on sunday Feb 28. Will not go back again.
Good time. Fish servings were sad. Disappointed salad doesn't come with meals anymore
The Food was good and the service was great!! Was a great date night for my wife & I. We will definitely be going back in the near future.

After almost giving up on Red Lobster from my past bad experiences at another location, I decided to give this one a try after reading the good reviews. I must say I wasn’t disappointed, service was excellent and the food was great. I think I found my new favorite Red Lobster and will definitely return.
We had a fantastic dinner here! Food and service were exceptional.
The food and service were good, however the ambiance of the place was cold and dreary, the temperature in the restaurant was cold also, the lighting is poor, and the Xmas decor while nice, used these cold gray white led bulbs, depressing. The food and service was good, but I looked forward to leaving.
Great service, very good food - filet was cooked to perfection & super tender - at a booth way in the back so quieter but not much ambiance. Not everyday dining prices but not outrageous. Convenient location for the members of our group so we’ll be back.

I took my dad here for Father's Day. If been here before on several occasions, but for a holiday it's a mad house. Incredibly noisy, super busy, sub-par service and poorly prepared food, not my usual experience with them. For this last visit only: the peach ice tea didn't have enough flavor in it, there biscuits showed up after the appetizers and we're crushed, we didn't receive our salads and one of my lobsters tails had gone bad. Our server, Cory, was fantastic though. We don't normally like to complain, but the lobster tail was the final straw. When I told Cory about the lobster tail and the salads, he apologized profusely, offered to get a new tail and give us the salads to go. On top of that he gave us more biscuits and a dessert to share. He made up for everything. I'd go back, but not during a holiday.
Our server,Kendra was so friendly,helpful and thoughtful. She answered all of our questions and took good care of us .
Main course took a very long time to be served.
Tuesday night about 8:45, Will come back.

It was my mom’s 65th Birthday and we had a GREAT experience at this particular Red Lobster. Our food was cooked perfectly and the service was excellent. It was a busy night in the restaurant and it was managed excellently!

On open table they asked for special instructions I asked for a piece of birthday cake with candles two times when I got to the restaurant I asked again said not a problem after dinner I went to the front table and reminded them and they said not a problem birthday celebration never did happen that was a shame
It was a decent dinner with LOTS of food on the unlimited shrimp nite! i prefer large fried shrimp so next time i will order something else (the shrimp were not tiny but were smaller than i like). good value for families .
however the next morning i rec'd an email from OPEN TABLE asking if i had actually been there bc the restaurant advised them them that i was a no show. i take offense to this bc if they are OT members then that should be a priority upon check in AND "also" members "attendance" should NOT have to be questioned (as i was) by OT HQ! i have been on OT for years and years and i object to being accused of being a no show bc I HAVE NEVER BEEN A NO SHOW and i dine quite often using OT!
Open Table should doubt the restaurants BEFORE doubting the loyal members.......also remove the VIP from the people if doubt is going to be put on them, like it was put on me!
Cozy, dimly lit warm decor. Food was good and service was great. A bit expensive for what you got.
