First let me say our server, Patricia, was outstanding. Now for the rest of the revue. It has been a long time since I have been to Red Lobster, and thus the reason for going besides my birthday. It was a Thursday night and not terribly busy as they are on the weekends. We were sat promptly and Patricia showed up to take our drink order. Usually my wife and I have wine, but the wine selection was not inviting, so we just ordered water. The stuffed mushrooms were very good and the biscuits, though salty, were tasty. We both had the Caesar salad, mine being larger for some reason. The entree's were just so-so, being a little overdone with the seasoning salt and small portions. For the price value, not really worth it. But then again, it is Red Lobster so what was I expecting. I guess it will be a long time again before we return, if ever. So many choice for the money to settle for mediocre food.

We came with our two young daughters and one of their friends. We were seated near the kitchen which was a little loud but not distracting. Service was quick, our waitress was nice.

Had a wonderful birthday meal with family. Enjoyed my free birthday surprise-chocolate fudge cake with ice cream ! My lobster was sooo very delicious. Thanks for great service & another great meal

Hubby had: the lobster bisque it was tasteless, the lobster pizza dough was not cook all the way, plus, most of the ingredients in all foods on menu, is high in sodium and sugars. I check, the ingredients and this is why I had the Caesar salad, the bacon wrapped scallops.

Trash food and trash service. Food was $90, not including the tip and honestly was Captain D's/Long John Silvers level of food. Waitress acted like waiting on people was a hassle. Won't be back. Plus side, got seated pretty quickly. Probably because the food is trash but still was a positive.

We had an Excellent waitress her name was Danielle. Wish all the waitresses were kind and had Excellent Customer Service!!!!!!!!!! I will only come there if she is working. The food was Excellent!!! I will recommend Red Lobster and Danielle to all of my friends and family. Thanks Danielle!!!!

Took 30 minutes to be seated after using open table and were told less than 15 when we checked in. Basically they missed our name and rather than apologize they said we didn’t hear them call our name. I would not suggest using early check in with open table. It seemed confuse the staff and lengthened our weight.

Great food. Some communication problems, but may have been related to it being the day before Thanksgiving. Would definitely go again. Staff very attentive to food allergy issues.

Never been kicked out of a restaurant before... after waiting 50 minutes just to get our drinks our waiter was very rude, hateful, and short. After snapping at us 4 or 5 times I told the waiter to “be careful how you speak to me and my family” we were then asked by management to leave because of communicating threats to our waiter... not sure how that was a threat? No mention was made to how we had been treated. Will not be back.

We were visiting Family in TN. This occasion was for our nephew’s birthday. Our server was wonderful, very patient, professional and friendly. The crab legs were tasty but soaked in water or overly steamed. They were dripping water and the shells were soggy which made it more difficult to eat. The Coconut Shrimp was good but not special. The Tilapia and Salmon with an Asian sauce and the fried Flounder dinners were very good, according to our guests. The crab soup was good but the clams had a bit of grit. Other salmon dinner was a bit dry but tasty. The brownie dessert was okay. All in all, our dinner was good but not as good as we expected. And the bill for four was almost $200.00 including the tip and we had no alcohol. We have had better in other Red Lobster Restaurants. When visiting the area again, we will probably try another restaurant. It certainly was very popular so we would recommend it to others.
