   They did not honor our reservation. We had a confirmed reservation with the app, but the hostess said they had no record of it. The regular wait was too long and so we left. It was a complete waste of time.

   This restaurant shouldn’t be in Opentable any more. Service was bad, they charge us twice for an item, then they lied about charging twice, the orden was im incomplete..

   The new Argentinian shrimp was just the best. Too bad it is just an add on to a regular entree. But $4.99 for two skewers is an excellent value. Keep it on the menu please,

   Must have been an overall bad time to go (about 3:45 p.m.) No host or hostess at the entry podium. Only the bartender was visible and shouted from the bar (in the back) he'd be with us shortly. Took awhile and others behind us appeared even more impatient. Think they were hit by customers (surprise) and definitely didn't expect it or able to handle it. Bartender did the best he could against overwhelming odds. Food was good although the shrimp (Scampi & Walt) size were definitely much smaller than normal. Same price though. Apparently salad is no longer included with dinner (same price too). Manager knew nothing about the Open Table points program. Would recommended a different Red Lobster location if there was one close by. Oh well.

   Speedy service by kind, patient server. Abundant, fresh & tasty meals. Will keep returning, they do a very good job!
