   Horrible experience. Made reservations for Father’s Day so we didn’t have to wait for an hour with 2 young kids. We showed up at 5, and were told by the host Kirin that they do not take reservations at all even from open table. Asked for a manager who told us the same thing and that the reservation i showed them meant nothing, not even a faster seating service. They said we should have called ahead. So we wait anyway for 25 minutes, and then they go to seat us and realize we have 6 people instead of 5. The host mistook the 5’oclock reservation with 5 people. Then they tell us it will be another 30 minutes because of 1 additional person. They never even bothered to ask in the first place. The general manager Shelby was supposed to be returning “any minute” but never came out to help. We left and went to another restaurant because they don’t deserve our business. The funny thing is while we were standing there we looked on open table and could have booked a reservation for 5:30… which clearly was a lie because we were there until 5:25. They made our Father’s Day experience stressful. Will never be returning to this restaurant.

   Our server was very attentive The only downside was the rice Seems like they mixed old and freshly made rice together The remainder of my food was Great

   We both ordered the Seafarers Platter and the food was very good. Prices were higher than when we visited about 2 months ago. Prices may keep us from eating here as often as we had in the past.

   Restaurant was not busy but server took awhile acknowledging we were there and got our order down ok but then disappeared at end of meal so we had to wait a long time before he appeared again so we could ask for our bill. Crab imperial was a bit too rich for our taste and server was not familiar with that item on the menu.

   We will never go back again. Service was super slow. Food was terrible and tasteless. For such awful food and poor service, it was very pricey. Do not recommend.

   Easter lunch with family and friends. Food and service was great as usual even though you could tell they may have been a little under staffed today..... still, all good
