Crab was cooked exactly right so it easily came out of shell! We were seated in bar where I don’t think we hit the best service as wait staff had bar/take out order responsibilities in addition to servicing our table. It took a bit of insistence to get crab served with just a baked potato instead of over a bed of potatoes. I do not like that particular change to the menu.

Thought it strange that there were no exterior lights on - it looked like it was closed but there were plenty of cars in the parking lot. Food was ok and waitress was attentive & accurate re our food order.

Servicio pésimo,poca higiene,tuve que insistirle a la muchacha que nos recibió sentarmos en el lugar que deseábamos, porque nos quería sentar obligadamente en un lugar específico estando el restaurant prácticamente vacío, después la que nos atendió se demoró para todo continuamente incluso me tuve que levantar a buscar yo mismo el agua, Mas nunca volveré volveré a ese lugar

We made our reservation for 5-20 at noon through Open Table. When we arrived at the restaurant there was a sign on the window saying "to go" orders ONLY until 1 pm. We did not see anyone to talk to and there was no further information as to why? Since we could not wait until 1 pm due to other appointments, we left without being served. So, this is ALL on RED LOBSTER.

I made a reservation for 4pm. Got there and they said yes, we see your reservation but it will be 40 minutes. There were a few people waiting. I said did they have reservations? She said no but they came in before you arrived. I said why make reservations if you wont honor it? Said it nice.....she smarted off and said we will get you in when we can. I walked out. Never to return. Rude people.

Their computer was down and they had no idea I was on a list .. poor people were so short staffed .. after I showed my intense disappointment he sat me pretty quickly.. server was great

Worst service I’ve had in a long time. We asked for lemons twice and never got them. We didn’t receive the pico with our dip. Waters were not filled after asking. We ordered an add on lobster tail. She gave us the bill forgetting about it but still charging us for it. So, after telling her three times we wanted the lobster tail, we finally got it. That was after we had finished the rest of our meal without water. We never were visited by a manager.

Sad to say that we sat an hour and through the entire meal before we received our first basket of bread even after asking 5-6 times. Asked for tarter sauce when ordering and then multiple time after food came out and finally got some once we were finished eating. This location has always had bad service so not sure why we gave it another chance, never again..
