   Ate at Red Lobster in Lancaster and it was terrific but this one was very disappointing. The serving size was half the size, the fish was overcooked and we had to ask multiple times for a refill of drinks before it delivered.

   It was very good…waitress was a little snooty and didn’t like to make the accommodations for my girlfriend; but we still had a great time

   We were seated promptly in a spacious booth. Our server was pleasant and efficient. The food was well prepared and fairly priced.

   service was great tonight. Claudia was attentive and efficient, she had a nice smile. the experience was pleasant. however the reward signed up the day before did not show up by the time we dined. it was a disappointment from the Redlobster site and nothing she could do about

   Our experience today was poor. Our server was kind but she was overwhelmed. My steak was rare and not how I ordered it. My husband’s Lobster came at the end of the meal with the bill. On the way home I had the worst stomach ache from the shrimp 🤢….. honestly I don’t know what went wrong? Needless to say tonight was a mess

   Small portions, slow service, restaurant was dirty, daughter's drink was not drinkable and had to be replaced with something else.

    Not a good experience. Arrived and checked in. Bar was under staffed and long wait for cocktails. Once seated, long wait to be greeted. Service overall was good but food clearly tasted like frozen not fresh. Doubtful I'll try Red Lobster again.
