This location didn’t recognize the Open Door reservations. So, it was a waste of time and we didn’t get seated until 30mins after our set open door reservations time. Service was horrible (60mins to get served) and the food was bad (uncooked). I won’t be going there again.

We just spent the last 4 hours at red lobster and had the worst experience we have ever had in any restaurant. 2 hours to get food, no drink refills, was told our food was ready but was brought to the table 20 minutes later one plate at a time. Also, 4 tables seated 1.5 hours after us received food within 30 min of sitting down. When we first spoke to the manager she explained the issue was due to the HVAC being out. Meanwhile, we are all freezing sitting at the table….. We spoke to 2 managers who decided what they would and would not comp from our check. We were offered, as a party of 11, $40 in red lobster gift cards. The manager had already been told everything was on one check, a mother with 3 young kids got up to leave the situation, the rest of the party remained seated. The manager said “if you think you are going to get up and leave, I’m calling the cops” which sent the kids into hysteria. When we asked to move the conversation to another area to not cause a scene or disturb others the manager said “I don’t have to talk to you and don’t have anything to talk to you about.” My 10 year old is still in tears over the manager threatening to call the cops on her dad, aunt, and grandmother.

When we arrived, they said their system that tracks Open Table Reservations has been down for 2 days so we were worried about not getting our Points.... but even though couldn't confirm the reservation, we were seated pretty quickly.

Waiter was nice but not as attentive as I'd like. Food was good although one order was incorrect and was overcharged for 2 items. Waiter corrected this. One thing I would like to add is that the tables and tablets need to get cleaned better.

This was actually the first time I've dined at this restaurant in a long time. I had stopped going because the food quality had gone down and the price as too much for what you received. However, this recent trip was a pleasant surprise. The food (lobster bake) was really good and filling. The atmosphere was cozy and relatively quite. I noticed that not too many people where there for a Friday night. We were seated immediately. Our sever was great. Now, my wife's meal (fish fry) was average. We joked that is was just a step over Captain D's. Still, it was good. I still think that the entrees are quite pricey. Somehow a $30 entrée for this restaurant seems exorbitant. However, the overall experience helped to dampen the dollar hit.

We usually enjoy our meals at Red Lobster. The rolls are great as always, the meal was good except the Harvest Vegetables, none of us could eat them. The sweet potatoes ranged from too hard to too soft and the Brussels sprouts had a strange taste. The server was good and very energetic.

We were seated in a very timely manner. Our waitress was not very prompt and she did forget some of the basic things that we asked for. She seemed a little distracted with other activities taking place in the restaurant. Some of the other things just seem to be banter with other employees. I have the all you can eat shrimp, but the preparation and presentation was wanting in quality. It seems as if the Red Lobster brand has taken a dive down word. It is now at the level of a captain D’s fast food restaurant. The quality of the food and the service seems to have suffered a great deal.
