The food was ok but the server, Sean was awesome. Just because of such great service I would definitely go back.
Awesome service and food tasted great! Hard to find customer service that is good lately, and it was a breath of fresh air to have a great meal with the family with great service too!
Henderson Red Lobster has never disappointed. The check in and seating process is timely and the servers are knowledgeable and helpful. The wait time for food is fast as well. We love using the app for rewards.

Overpriced snow crab was a brown, grayish color with most shells empty. Complete ripoff
We had the lunch special 999. I had the fried scallops Kathy had the coconut crusted shrimp
I had the Atlantic salmon and it was very good. The menu was a little deceiving because it said you get 2 sides. I did not realize that you had to pay for the 2 side’s.
We were the last people to be seated and others just walked in. Took 20 minuets for use. Potato was very small, didn’t tell be I’d be charge for topping for potato. Steak was over cooked and try. I will not be returning. I put on open table it was a birthday dinner. Wasn’t even offered if we wanted desert just brought bill
Food was good but we had horrible service. The restaurant was mostly empty but it took forever to order and our waiter never came back once we had food. We had to flag him down to ask for a check.
they already had relatively high prices and seem to have had a price hike, not worth the money as far as we are concerned.

If you like seafood of any kind especially lobster, you must try this fabulous restaurant very convenient to get to and the price for the value cannot be beaten

We eat here on a semi-regular basis and the food and service is always good. The salmon is moist and flavorful. Don't know how they do it as I can't get it this good at home. Their new side dish, crispy brussel sprouts are wonderful. Our waitress was Kenva and she was a delight. Great experience!
First time we went it was awesome. This time was the opposite. Didn’t refill our water, no biscuits were served and the portions were extremely small. The server was not pleasant.

We had to wear masks despite the Governor and Center for Disease decisions that vaccinated people can dine indoors without masks. We won’t return until the mask requirement lifted.
I was looking forward to a lobster dinner. No lobsters but I did get a lobster tail. I think of full lobsters when I think of Red Lobster.

The 'priority seating' reservation didn't do much-we still had to wait 30 minutes.
The restaurant was very low capacity with half the bar blocked and most tables, yet it took quite some time for 2 meals to come out.
The menu provided didn't have everything on it, the QR code menu had more-so that was confusing.
Also they don't give you a salad anymore with an entree.
Probably won't go back, with highly reduced capacity the service should've been quicker, unless they were prioritizing take out orders (which were busy) rather than customers in the restaurant
Typical Red Lobster trip. Had to wait to be seated, food hot and greasy, but tasty, cost too much. Service good this time. Overall, meh

While we enjoyed our experience there, the cost is higher than other places we go with similar choices. We love their rolls.
We went to Red Lobster to celebrate my late grandfather’s birthday, and it isn’t as good as it used to be. The quality of the food seems to be less. Our waitress was exceptional, though. She was on point in getting refills and noticing an error the chef had made before she put our food down. It asks if I would recommend to a friend, I would say yes, but proceed with caution.
The table service and food were fine. We booked the restaurant right after midnight on TH as instructed. We were #4 on the list. We checked in at about 6:53 pm for a 7:00 WL. We verified we were #4 on the list. At 7:30 pm, I checked again and there were still 4 parties ahead of us, although almost everyone standing outside with us had been seated. That encompassed people checking in after us, including couples, as we were. At 7:43 pm I checked in again and was told there are 4 people ahead of us. I asked to speak to the manager and got a table immediately. We are 81 and 78 years old and had to wait almost 1 hour even though we complied with your WL instructions. This isn't acceptable.

Open table is great, but the only thing is that it’s just a wait list. I wish they had reservations. The serves was good. The food ok, it’s not like it use to be. The calamari was different, I didn’t care for it so much. The overall experience was good! I would recommend my friends and family.
Ordered lunch special, Steak and Lobster. Requested steak medium rare and it was served very rare. You could actually see it was raw on the sides of the meat. Waitress said they most likely plated the wrong steak, which means someone else’s steak was over cooked. She offered to take it back and recook . Instead, I just took it to go.
