Red Lobster - Greensboro
I was disappointed on how long the wait was, I used the open table app to schedule my time. Received a confirmation for 5:45 pm. but when I arrived at red Lobster The manger said we could not use it. So I was very unhappy that we had to wait that long for our table for about an HOUR.
So Red Lobster gets a bad mark for that.
Our server was the best! She was helpful with selections and very hospitable. She even recommended a wonderful place to get manicures while we visited Greensboro! My shrimp was a bit undercooked and not seasoned well; I had shrimp on skewers. My daughters shrimp linguini was same - under seasoned and not especially flavorful. Desserts were delicious; warm apple pie with ice cream and key lime pie. The service was outstanding and the staff was great. I’d visit again just opt for something other than shrimp.

The quality of food has dropped substantially at this establishment. I regret so as I use to love visiting routinely.
I have not been to Red Lobster in over 5 years. This was a great experience the service was great. Travis was very good. The prices we a little high but an ok value for the money. I would go back again
Waited 45 minutes with priority seating. Waited an hour and 15 minutes for our entree. The salad and apps came at the same time.
If you expect Open Table to work at Red Lobster.....FORGET IT!! My party as well as another one right after us attempted” to get seated at our reservation time using Open Table. Needless to say, it was a 30-45 min wait After our designated time to be seated!! I spoke to the manager who stated they DO NOT have s relationship with Open Table!!!! So don’t think you are getting a reservation with “Priority Seating!!”
We had to wait 45 minutes even with reservations. We were seated in a table that was able to see into the entry of the kitchen. It was also very cold in the restaurant. We could hear the people in the kitchen talking.
