I checked in we had a 6;56 reservation. We kept waiting and they keep seeking walk ins. I finally spoke with the hostess and she said we were lost in the system and I made a reservation too late!
We were put on the waiting list through OT app. We arrived and were told it would be 20-25 minutes. It turned out to be over 60 minutes before being seated at our table. We spent about 2+ hours at the restaurant. The hostess should have been more honest with wait times because it was a bit of a crowd but after the long wait everyone else was normal and fine.

We had the Bar Harbor entree with pasta and various seafood entrees all together in a light lemon sauce. It was delicious "!!! Lots of yummy rolls too. We'll be back to have this again.
Typically decent food. However, unhappy with no salmon and no shrimp for shrimp cocktail. 2 things a seafood restaurant should not be out of at 5:30 in the evening on a Sunday. The area we were seated in also was so cold none of us were able to take our coats off. Main courses were decent. Waitress was good but I believe she was assigned to more than she should have been. Still none of my complaints had to do with her. I would try again at some point just not any time soon.
Maybe the worse restaurant experience I have ever had...from the food to the idea that the bartender had NO IDEA how to make a Manhattan to the attitude of the hostess. The POSITIVE: Red Lobster corporate was extremely responsive to my correspondence about this experience.
I was disappointed on how long the wait was, I used the open table app to schedule my time. Received a confirmation for 5:45 pm. but when I arrived at red Lobster The manger said we could not use it. So I was very unhappy that we had to wait that long for our table for about an HOUR.
So Red Lobster gets a bad mark for that.
Our server was the best! She was helpful with selections and very hospitable. She even recommended a wonderful place to get manicures while we visited Greensboro! My shrimp was a bit undercooked and not seasoned well; I had shrimp on skewers. My daughters shrimp linguini was same - under seasoned and not especially flavorful. Desserts were delicious; warm apple pie with ice cream and key lime pie. The service was outstanding and the staff was great. I’d visit again just opt for something other than shrimp.

The quality of food has dropped substantially at this establishment. I regret so as I use to love visiting routinely.
I have not been to Red Lobster in over 5 years. This was a great experience the service was great. Travis was very good. The prices we a little high but an ok value for the money. I would go back again
Waited 45 minutes with priority seating. Waited an hour and 15 minutes for our entree. The salad and apps came at the same time.
If you expect Open Table to work at Red Lobster.....FORGET IT!! My party as well as another one right after us attempted” to get seated at our reservation time using Open Table. Needless to say, it was a 30-45 min wait After our designated time to be seated!! I spoke to the manager who stated they DO NOT have s relationship with Open Table!!!! So don’t think you are getting a reservation with “Priority Seating!!”
We had to wait 45 minutes even with reservations. We were seated in a table that was able to see into the entry of the kitchen. It was also very cold in the restaurant. We could hear the people in the kitchen talking.
