I would not use open table to reserve a time for this location. Basically, this put us on a wait list at the time we thought our reservation was. It defeated the purpose. We were very disappointed that we had to wait 45 minutes. We had reserved a table at 7 pm on open table and we were not seated until 7:45. This messed up our plans for the rest of the evening. As an open table user, we have always been seated at the time of our reservation, except at this location. The hostess explained to us that they do not use open table as it should be, and that they add us to the wait list. I wish someone would have explained that when we booked this time. We would have gone somewhere else.
Our server was over the top, I brought my three daughters for a girl night and she made it very special and attentive to them.
I placed a reservation through open table for 6:30. I showed up about ten minutes before just to hear they did not have my reservation and there was an hour + wait. I explained and shower my confirmation email to the manager and he said that only about 5 reservations are coming through and the system was down. Very frustrating since this is not the customers fault and they said there was nothing they could do. I came to celebrants a birthday and they had no care. I figured the least they could do is put us near the top of the waiting list or something, but they did nothing for us.
We arrived 10 minutes early and it took over an hour to receive our food. Customer service has been a lot better especially being that it was not packed.
We had a terrible experience. We made a 6:15 priority seating through the open tab app for my wife's birthday. When we checked in at 6:10, the hostess said it would be 30 minutes. At 45 minutes, we checked in again and were told how many dirty tables they had, and that it should only be another 10 minutes. 25 ml injures later, we checked again, only to be told the same thing. We checked back once again, and were eventually seated at the one hour and thirty five minute mark. I don't understand what the Open Table app was for at this establishment. Our sever was ok, although spilled a beer over our table - turned out that was the last one of that kind that they had. Our food wasok, but looked like it was tossed on the plate; sloppy at best, possibly missing pieces. We asked for a key lime pie, but found they were also out of that. We spent $90 on dinner for two and left very disappointed for the wait, how it was handled, that they were out of my beer and dessert and that the food seemed to have been carelessly tossed on the plate. It will be a long time before I go back.
