Red Lobster - Goodyear

Was placed next to a table with four adults and three or four children. All of the children were playing loud games and videos on their phones and tablets. There becomes a point when a host or server (or manager) must step up and redirect such rude behavior. The table across from us was also visibly disturbed. We asked to be moved after 30-minutes (had appetizers but no main course yet). Waited another 30+ minutes at our new table for our food. My wife was given the wrong dish ... one containing many more carbs than desired. The menu selection was poor at best. Yes, we're dealing with COVID. But it's been with us for a while and will continue to do so. Menu selection alone is enough to keep me away for quite some time. The loud environment and unwillingness to address noise concerns only makes my decision easier.

charged $7.50 for two soda waters. wanted to seat at a booth in the bar. all were empty. they said had to wait 35 minutes. we arrived about 4:35pm, had signed up for priority seating. it was my husband’s birthday. i put that on the priority request. zero acknowledgment. husband had back surgery 3 weeks ago, i finally said can we please sit in the booth. we were ready to walk out. garlic grilled shrimp had zero taste. also requested they cook them til there were pink. brought out white. sent back. still white when brought back. not a festive dinner.

We made these reservations, got to the restaurant just before 6:00 and was told they don't take reservations so we had a 40 minute wait. While waiting some people came in with reservations and were taken to their table right then. Also the girl at the check in desk was the most unfriendly, rude person ever. These things really need to be corrected if you want and care if customers have a pleasant dining experience.

Avoid this resturant food was over priced and service was horrible.

I don’t understand the “priority seating” benefit. I understood we’d be added to the waitlist and have priority over walk-ins. That certainly didn’t happen. We arrived at our “priority seating” time and were told that it would be 25 minutes until we’d be seated; our wait time was 50 minutes; no different than walk-ins.

We each ordered combo plates with grilled shrimp, coconut shrimp and rock lobster tail. The coconut shrimp was good, but the grilled shrimp and the lobster tail were both overcooked.

Overall a disappointing experience. We’re not in any hurry to return.

We arrived at our time and waited an additional 45 minutes. The food was gross. I had bay scollps come out cold and not done as well as salmon being black, dry and gross.

Put myself on the waitlist at 4:30pm for a 7:00 dinner. Got there and was told 1 hour wait. What is the point of a waitlist if you are not in line on the list? Food was okay. My baked potato was dried out and my wife’s broccoli was not cooked. Waiter was good but in training. Need to get their act together since people are starting to go out again.

Had the reservation for 6pm, didn’t get get seated until after 7pm. Didn’t get biscuits until 30+ minutes after being seated. Took over an hour for our food to be ready, so we got everything to go. Still had a missing item, so we had to wait even longer.

Well first of all I made reservations for 6 at 6pm. When I checked in promptly at 6, the hostess told me just because I had reservations didn’t guarantee me a table, she then wrote my name down and said that we needed to wait outside, she said it would be about 30 minutes. At 630 I went back to see how much longer and was told 10 more minutes, that was fairly close, we were seated at 645. We placed our order soon and an hour later received some of it. One guest ordered a plate that had lobster and crab legs and didn’t get any butter, one ordered green beans and didn’t get them, one orders Cole slaw snd didn’t get it. We asked for these things and an order of tarter sauce snd got them about 7 minutes later. It was as bad of service as I’ve ever received at Red Lobster. Considering they were at half capacity, waiting an hour for food is totally unacceptable. We go to Goodyear yearly for spring training but will definitely not go back up this location.

Put our name on wait list through open table (it’s not a reservation) checked in and was told about 20 minutes. Every person that walked in was told it would be 20 minutes. Waited well over an hour or so for a table. I’m not sure if this “wait list” even works?

What’s the point on open table?! No difference in reserving a time or walking in still had to wait 1 hour plus we were supposed to get checked in prior to our arrival time and that was no done. Just take the open table away

There was a young child yelling in the restaurant which as a parent I always took mine outside if they ever acted up. For the price of the meal it was just okay. Not sure I would go back. It was better the last time I was there. Service was good.

Ordered a sirloin steak dinner, it was cooked to my order.....But... it was so tough I couldn’t eat it. And I love steaks! The waiter was good, manager was good too. Just a bad cut of meat!!

Went on a Saturday night, they didn't have broccoli, mashed potatoes or tomato caprese! Still had to pay the extra for asparagus even though they didn't have what I originally wanted. Very overpriced for what you get.

Good food well prepared at reasonable prices. What's not to like.
