   greeting was friendly; seated immediately. Server was professional and cheerful. Did take awhile for food to be served. but delicious Will visit again soon

   I took a friend here for her birthday. We both have not been here in years. We used to go here back in earlier 2000s with friends for birthdays and things like that. It definitely has changed and not for the good. it took a minute for a server to come over to us after being seated, We sat there for about 10 minutes or so with no one coming over to say hi or even bringing us water or bread,When the server finally did come over He was empty-handed No bread, no water No nothing . By that time we had already decided what it is that we wanted and that breaks me to the next part, the food She enjoyed her meal, which was the most important part,I on the other hand did not have a good experience with my food at all!!! I got the garlic, snow, crab and I have been eating garlic crab pretty much my whole life,My mom is from New Orleans & made her own garlic butter sauce And I always go to chef smellies for his garlic crab when I can . The crab itself had an overly fishy taste, which means it had gone bad I know what fresh crab taste like, that crab was not fresh the garlic barely had any garlic flavor,It literally tasted like they cooked the garlic too long and it was very very very mushy, I had a side salad and that was the only thing that I was able to eat along with the biscuits of course, I immediately had to send the crab back. I took one bite of the meat and knew it was bad . Overall I probably wouldn’t go back anytime soon.

   Booth was ready only waited 5 minutes with reservation. Server was very polite. Food was delicious. Enjoyed the Ceasar Salad and Lobster baked potato. The all you can eat shrimp was yummy. Took my folks for their 54th wedding anniversary. All of us enjoyed our meals very much. Price was very reasonable. Would recommend to others.

   Service was super slow and food was mediocre. Too many restrictions on the unlimited shrimp. Cant do this and cant do that but they sure know how to charge more for unlimited. Dont call it unlimited with all the restrictions.

   The service was horrible. My husband asked four times for refill on his soda. I asked three times when I would get my coffee I ordered. Finally the forth time I said am I ever going to get my coffee when she finally brought it over. She charged us for two appetizers when we only ordered one. When I brought it to her attention she apologized and then said her manager said he would take care of it at the end of the night. I said no I want to speak to your manager. When the manager came over he promptly corrected the bill. So this leads me to believe she never told him in the first place. My husband ordered shrimp he never got and we had to ask for it two additional times. Very poor service tonight. Oh and my husband never got his soda refill after she said she was bringing it four times.

   Food was bland at best, but still expensive. Even the cheese bread was meh. First time my kids got to experience Red Lobster and probably the last for a long time. Sigh.

    It was a very slow night at the Red Lobster. The food was delicious. We had the Salmon New Orleans. The service was very good.
