    We had a large group. This was one of only two spots that could take our reservation. When we arrived at the time of our reservation, they informed us that there was no seat available and no table available. As such, we were made to wait for an hour. They shouldn’t be on open table if they’re not going to hold a reservation.

    One of the busiest days for a date night, but I didn’t expect the restaurant to tell us that our reservation was not in the system. Ended up waiting 30 minutes to be seated. Service was as expected for busy night, food was good.

    I'm grateful I made reservations for Christmas day knowing few places were open. The restaurant was jam-packed, stating a 90 minute wait time for those without reservations. The abbreviated staff was always kind and patient dealing with such a big crowd. Our waiter Michael was top notch in his service. My kids and I had a great experience at Red Lobster Flagstaff on Christmas night.

    The restaurant was busy on a Saturday for lunch, so the food was very slow to come to us from the kitchen. Our server, Michael, was very busy but did his best to keep us updated on the progress of our food. The new shrimp meals, crispy dragon shrimp and shrimp rangoon, were disappointing.
