    Usually, if we show up out of the blue at dinner time, there is an hour + wait. We chose to use open table so we could ensure we get seated at a reasonable time and sure enough, Red Lobster was pretty much dead when we arrived. Go figure. I'll continue to use this app though. Hopefully it'll help us on future busy nights.

    It did not help with making a reservation at this location because they put you in line with the other customers. First come first serve. Wait time 90 minutes with a reservation

    This is the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had on open table. Recommended you stay away - reservation isn’t a reservation waited 40 minutes after arriving, service was so bad we got up and left after sitting forever.

    Our waitress provided wonderful service and she was very attentive to our table for any extras. It was a busy night due to Veteran's day but as soon as we sat, she greeted us and began our order.

    Server was very friendly, manager checked on us as well. But we had to keep asking for condiments we asked for upon order taking, lobster was over cooked, crab legs old, and the rolls soggy.

    Taylor was amazing and helped out tremendously when asked anything. The rest of the staff seemed to be the same but I’m sure I’ll attend more as long as the service and food remains the same

    Though we were on the waiting list provided by Open Table and arrived 20 minutes early, we still had to wait an hour before being seated even with a significant number of tables available. It also seemed as if our name was overlooked. Once seated, service was slow but fairly professional. The entrees were good (hot, tasty). No salad was offered even as an extra purchase. The biscuits were not fresh or hot. The brownie ordered was not hot either. The cheesecake was good. The alcoholic beverages purchased were just ok, were not strong and were overly flavored (too much sweet and sour mix in the "top shelf long Island ice tea" which included only one top shelf spirit; not a good mixture of lemonade and Titos Vodka in the lemonade drink). The whole experience lasted 3 hours which is likely due to decreased staffing that seemed to impact the quality of the food and seating availability. My husband and I typically go here at least once a year for my birthday for over 7 yesrs and it appears that the quality of the experience is diminishing each year. I feel that this is a fairly accurate evaluation because it is based on a snapshot in time, around the same time each year. It has led us to consider a different celebratory dinner option in the future.

    We had call ahead and when we arrived we were told we would have to wait at least 15 minutes since we requested a table. The hostess came up and seated us immediately. There were at least 15 empty tables. Our waitress was great. Food came out in good time. My husband had Walt's and I had garlic shrimp scewers. Both were excellent. My son had Admiral's feast. The fish was almost not edible. the scallops and were very small. The portion has gotten much smaller than before.The salads had very large pieces of lettuce and we did not get a knife to cut it.

    We did priority seating online and still waited 20 minutes after arriving. The hostess told my husband and I that they were short staffed and that was the reason for the delay…our food came out warm and not hot. The waitress never came back for refills. There were a lot of dirty tables when we were being seated.

    We used the Open Door Priority Seating and it really helped us get a seat. No issues at all. We got our seat and reviewed the menu and the Waitress took our order. We were disappointed that they were TOTALLY out of salad. We really wanted a Ceasar Salad with our seafood but none were available. No salad of any sort. Tough times. All good except that. The food was very good and our Waitress was excellent.

    The food was very bland for the amount of money they want you to pay. We made reservations a week in advance and still had to wait almost 45 minutes because there were 6 people ahead of us. WOULDVE given no stars if that were an option. Season y’all food and maybe we can talk.

    The food was good I got steak and it was over cooked but since its a seafood place cant complain too much. My husband had the rainbow trout and said it was very good.

    Food was not prepared correctly. Had to send it back, by the time it came back the rest of the party was done eating. The server was very kind, however I would not recommend the place to others

    Disappointing experience. The quality of the food was not very good. I arrived a few minutes after 6 PM and 6 or 7 parties who arrived after me were seated before me. I think the hostess may have not moved my name into the queue when I checked in. When I asked about the wait time, the hostess who replaced the first one told me there were 4 parties ahead of me, all of whom had arrived after me. The biscuits and peach lemonaid were good, but not worth the rest of the experience.
