The waitress did her best for us but the kitchen needs to get it together. Every table waited at least 30 min for the biscuits because they weren’t made and then the food took 75 min to come out. EVERY. TABLE. And it wasn’t even that busy despite it being Mother’s Day. When we finally left, there was a chef standing in the back, outside smoking a cigarette even though the kitchen was clearly backed up

Food was good once we got it. We were seated at our table for almost two hours before we got our food.

Not that busy and it took over 45 minutes for food to come out. The food was very bland and not worth what we paid. The calamari and biscuits were great.

I had a reservation for 7:15 and place was packed with walk-in so I had to wait over a hour to be sat at a table. The server came soon after to take our drink orders and to let us know that it’s a little wait on the food because the amount of people in the restaurant but she would go to get us some bread that the cooks were working on making. She brought the fresh bread back about 10 minutes later. We placed our food orders and about 50 minutes later we finally received our food order.

Our reservation was for 6:45 and we arrived at 6:20. We were seated at 7:25, because they allowed way too many walk-ins to seat at probably ~6pm which overwhelmed them and delayed all the reservations by about 45 minutes. By 8:30 we still had not received our meals and inquired with the server about the additional expected wait time. We were told that several tickets were still ahead of ours, so we canceled it and left the venue. Their management of reservations versus walk ins is awful. OpenTable also showed availability throughout the entire night during the above fiasco, causing everyone else to experience the same problem and at least 50 people to queue at the entry thinking they were going to be seated. Nobody was making announcements about the issues and they did not update OpenTable. Further, we witnessed people leave tables that took 25 minutes to be cleaned and saw 6 tables vacant around us. Food was trickling out of the kitchen. The bread we got while waiting was raw in the middle. Our server was hard working and friendly throughout, but the rest of the staff need to be trained or replaced.

Restaurant took more reservations than their kitchen or staff can handle. 40 minutes later than my reservation to get a table, waited 20 minutes more before the waitress got to us, and the food took another 60 minutes to get to us. I asked to speak to the manager and no one came to the table. I understand that it was a busy night because Valentine’s Day, but the service or the management was very poor. I don’t think i will return to this establishment. I still tipped the waitress well because it’s not her fault. She is the result of bad training and bad management.

Usually, if we show up out of the blue at dinner time, there is an hour + wait. We chose to use open table so we could ensure we get seated at a reasonable time and sure enough, Red Lobster was pretty much dead when we arrived. Go figure. I'll continue to use this app though. Hopefully it'll help us on future busy nights.
