Brittany was great. We were confused with seating as we made a reservation but then came in and found we had to wait behind 4 other parties.
Food was excellent and our service was second to none.
Courtney was amazing and very attentive to my food allergies!
This was our first dine-in since the pandemic and I have to sadly say I was kind of disappointed. Red Lobster has always been my favorite place to eat. I ordered my favorite entree and was informed that it no longer came with a salad. Then my husband ordered the “Ultimate Feast” and the lobster was very small to say the least. Then he was informed that his salad no longer included most of the veggies. Serving sizes have definitely gone down while the prices seemed the same or even higher. I still enjoy the food but definitely noticed a downscaled difference.
Open table was no help. Food was excellent and waitress perfect. Open table was set 1 1/2 hour early and it took 44 min to seat.
It was New Year’s Eve. They were busy. I’m in the food industry and we have nights like this. I get it. We did only have 10 minutes to eat after the wait, but we did it. Lacey was great - wonderful guest relations. I was more upset leaving with some of the other patrons who were so rude to someone who had no control over the situation.

Endless shrimp was amazing but additional order took long.
We used Open Table to join the waitlist a week in advance. I called day of to confirm. We arrived 10 mins early and waited over 30mins to be seated. We were repeatedly told our party of 8 had to wait for a specific table of 8 to leave before we could be seated. We watched group after group after group be seated in adjacent tables that could have easily accommodated our party. When I inquired if they could push two OTHER tables together, they finally did. The host who seated us partially lectured us “that we should have waited for the large table and how they just can’t control wait times.” Completed disgusted. Add to that, we observed several tables around us receive incomplete orders and snarky wait staff comments about “re-ordering” food they never received in the first place.
Service by Shannon was great. All the food other than a lobster tail was great.
