It's only my 2nd time eating at a Red Lobster but will certainly be the very last. The staff was polite and friendly but the food was truly terrible. The cost was about what you would expect from a large restaurant chain (mid-Priced) but for the quality of the food, which is obviously not fresh but straight out of a box... it's terribly overpriced!!

They did not honor this priority seating. Half of our party had to leave because it was such a long wait!
