We eat there all the time. We have birthday celebrations, births and whatever else we think of. Excellent as usual.

I know open table doesn't guarantee a seat but 2 family's that came after me that walked in and asked to be seated after I checked in were seated. I was a family of 4 the other 2 parties were larger. I inquired about why I was waiting long and the person in front looked right and left like I wasn't talking to her ignoring me. Then I had to wait for her co worker to come and assist me.

The waitress was on her first week which is fine and totally understandable but it seemed that no one was helping her out. She spilled the soda and although we helped to clean no one really cleaned. I ordered the 4 course meal for $17.99 and never got my soup they messed up our sides and was charged the full price of my dessert. We did not argue it because she was new and we felt bad but when someone is training there should always be someone checking all orders. Especially when the person is starting on a week of graduations that is the busiest time.

Reservation was at 5:30pm we showed up on time and staff told us that we need to wait 5 minuts and it streched to 30 not organized so many tables and booths was emptied and staff was walking around thay didnt know what to do.

After my reservation I had to wait another 30 minutes, so reserving through the app was pointless. The floor was sticky when you walk and had napkins all over the floor.
The service was horrible we waited about an hour to get our food, potatoes were burn and drinks were filled with ice ; I ended my drink in 2 sips, I only to saw the waitress 3 times, to order when food came in and when I asked for the bill, the place más not crowded so I expected a better quality service.
