   Really poor service. 90 minutes after being seated I had not received the second appetizer we ordered. Plus, the wait staff and management were rude.

   We were there to celebrate MY BROTHER‘s 70th birthday. The waitstaff was nice and they accommodated us because we did have a fairly large party. However, we waited over two hours for our food. While we waited, we were not served our drinks, appetizers or anything. We were not given any explanation as to why our order was delayed. When the food was finally served members of our party were served out of sequence. Some of us were served while others had to wait for another 30 minutes and then the last group were served maybe 30 minutes after the second group of people were fed. And we were all in the same area in the same party. So for this reason I scored red lobster the lowest score for overall service. As I mentioned, we were there to celebrate MY BROTHER‘s 70th birthday. We did have a good time among ourselves just talking because we literally had two hours to sit there, talk and catch up with one another.

   The best one in the area. I used to live near Chicago and would drive all the way to this location to avoid the other ones.
