   Lack of wait staff really shows. They never received notification from open table.

   My family was actually raving about how good the food was here. I have been to many red lobster locations and I didn’t have high expectations but I was blown away by the quality of the food and the service despite the fact that they were understaffed that evening. I had the crab legs and they were huge and delicious. My hubby had the bar harbor lobster bake and it was so fresh and good. My kids all loved their meals. And the server who’s name was Kathleen was personable and prompt. She even came and offered us salads on the house for the inconvenience of the food taking a little longer than us usual.

   Food was fantastic but was slow coming out , we went for the all you can eat shrimp 4 $20.

   We came due to it being Friday and during lent , so we eat seafood. They were having a special, ultimate endless shrimp , so that is what my husband ordered but the service was a little slow with the all you can eat . My son and I ordered the ultimate feast but the crab legs were a bit overcooked .

   When I got there I was told they do not take online reservations and he didn’t know what I was talking about.
