We arrived on time for our reservation, there was no front desk staff and my dad had to go to the bar after 30 minutes of standing in a line of 25+ individuals. The reason I’m assuming it took so long to seat parties with reservations is because several of the tables were filthy with food on them still, and there were only three waitresses in the entire restaurant, even though they had three people at the empty bar. It took us a total of three hours after being seated. Bad experience overall.

Our server, Joy, was awesome!! That is the only good thing I have to say about our experience tonight. The mahi was overcooked and very dry, the orzo had no seasoning whatsoever and was an extremely small portion, and the Brussels sprouts, described on the menu as “crispy”, were drowning in balsamic vinegar. We were beyond disappointed and will never go back.

My family and I made a reservation on Christmas. We arrived 10 minutes early and was told there would be an hour wait! What? Why did we bother to make a reservation a week in advance. Ridiculous. Thank god for Ichibans. Our dinner was perfect! I highly recommend it!

Made a reservation for 5:45. Was told when we arrived that no reservations should have been made but that we would be put on a separate waiting list than walk-ins. We were 6th on the list behind some who had 5:00 reservations, while they were seating walk-ins ahead of the reservations. We walked out, so my review of food was only added to permit this review. Shame on someone!
