Red Lobster - Coral Springs
Nashy was a wonderful server! I have to say, every time we go there because the kids love the Lobster restaurant, the food is perfectly cooked and delicious. Most 4 star restaurants do not get it this right. Perfect family place. Only suggestion, bring the crayons back with kids menus :)
Food was very enjoyable. Seafood is my favorite dish. Had mussels appetizer and the combo with tail. Scallops and shrimp.
Excellent service from Joseph!!
Your menu has been cut on my favorites. Your coconut shrimp appetizer is visually not appealing.
Great value! Monday - $17.99 all you can eat shrimp! Only comment would be the extremely slow and imposition service. When the server finally brought our food and dropped it on the table, she said, "do you need anything else, because I just got sat a 14 top and I won't be back for a while" and she wasn't exaggerating. Never saw her again. I guess the way they slow you down on the "all you can eat" is by not returning to the table. We finally flagged someone else down and they brought us another round of shrimp, but we didn't stay much longer after that because you couldn't really get anyones attention.
It was no line comfortable I loved it
Are experience was excellent the food was good and service was good I would come back again and tell friends about how good everything was. Thank you for the great service me and my daughter received.
The general manager Ashley and the server Sydney were wonderful. She took our drink and food order very quickly and he was very nice and polite with my family. They also brought out ice cream to celebrate my sister birthday. They made her day. Thank you!
Took to long to get someone to wait on us!
Food was dried out, broccoli taste like sour cream. 100% overrated. Red lobster is not the same as it use to be 15-20 years ago. NY strip steak was very low quality with not marbleization in it. Yuk. Won’t ever come back.
I’m not crazy about Red Lobsters food in general, but their crab claws are consistently delicious. They are always meaty and perfectly cooked. Not the cheapest meal, but hey, it’s crab claws.
Not a reservation but a space holder but worked well.
Food was hard and overcooked. Service was inattentive. Recommend again, no!
The food and environment was great.
I will never again go to that Red Lobster, by far, the worst.
Food was actually a bit better than we expected. Broiled flounder was prepared well and not over cooked The shrimp cocktail appetizer was moderately priced and had half dozen nice sized shrimp and very good cocktail sauce. The scallops were large, tender, tasty and not overcooked
Our family was seated quickly and the host engaged us with his greeting.
We had a very good server who followed up regularly. We usually go for lobster and king crab which we enjoyed that evening as a treat for the holidays. We waited a bit for our entrees and we could understand.
A party of 22 was seated right before us.
The food was delicious and the server was great. My wife and I were craving seafood and didn’t want to go far, this was definitely a great Saturday night dinner.
Ordered salmon. Came to table raw. Manager never came over. Also ordered Cajun pasta. Bottom of dish full of oil.
Use to love this location in Coral Springs. Customer service and building have deteriorated over the past year. Had to wait over 10 minutes to get my takeout food, because no one even acknowledged me waiting in an empty lobby. I will try other locations, but not go here again.
